$1100 at $2/5. UTG straddle. I make it $35 from UTG1 w As6s. BTN, BB and UTG call. $140 pot.

9s8s7c. Checks to me, I make it $80. BTN folds, BB (reg, competent but aggressive wild at times) check raises to $300 and has me covered. UTG folds.

    A. Fold (Lulz)
    B. Call $300 leaving pot sized bet behind
    C. Raise to X (??)
    D. Jam

Do you think he'd do that with an overpair? Smaller flush draw?

  2. Is the attorney/client privilege for legal advice to Trump waived if Mark Meadows was in the room, and the advice sought was in the furtherance of the conspiracy?

  3. I thought about Rudy this afternoon and started laughing uncontrollably. Wishing to extend my laughter, I searched YouTube for Rudy videos and watched this interview from his sexual harassment accuser:

Holy shit! He hired her off the books and groomed her for sex and to suck his dick while he was on the phone with Trump. Rudy made her call him "Mr. President."

Well, we always talk about "pardons," but there is something less in the form of clemency or a commutation of sentence. The feds call it a commutation and both pardons and commutations are forms of clemency.

Georgia apparently treats a commutation as a form of parole and only commutes death sentences.

So, he can't get pardoned, but he could get let out of prison way early.

If Trump is convicted in Georgia they will change the law immediately.

  5. The 45-page indictment really gives you context for the hour-long phone call between Trump and Brad Raffensperger. If you haven't listened to it, I'd suggest doing so.

If  a criminal defendant committed crimes in multiple jurisdictions, why is it weird that he would be charged for the crimes in each jurisdiction?  If I murder someone in Louisiana, then murder someone else in Texas, do I get to consolidate those cases in the more favorable state?

What if you were in the process of murdering someone while crossing state lines?

do you even have to do continuing education?

Yes, it's called Continuing Legal Education, or "CLE."

I do some of my best surly posting during CLEs.
