  1. Wait, what? Is that real? Why isn’t there a Biden post right now with a list of dates and locations? I’d treat it like a trial, have a screen with exhibits disproving each and every lie. Get some blow from Hunter if needed, better than a pack of diet cokes. Or just be prepared to mock him when he backs out like the complete bitch he is. The only possible explanation for that post is one of his own news sources must have finally showed that Biden is kicking his ass.
Are you new to this timeline. They could schedule a debate, cater to Trump's every demand and he would still flake out, blame Biden and lie about it. Trump can lie about anything, no matter how trivial. He's a relentless machine like Rosie in Point Break "its like a gift".
  2. I love the drive-by “but I could never vote for Biden.” Why exactly? You disagree with his economic policies? That he kills babies in the 4th trimester? His age? It’s okay to disagree with him but considering the opposition, and the fact that the matchup is already set, and that we’re guaranteed an octogenarian either way, what on earth could possibly justify “both are bad so it doesn’t matter.” The other guy is flat out telling you he’s going to scrap all constitutional norms, and oh by the way is a rapist and criminal. I just don’t get it, at all, the assumption has to be a closet trumpkin.
Hypothetically either guy could really develop dementia in the next 4 years. I'm going with the guy that has a smart loving wife that actually cares about him, and a competent team of professionals. As opposed to the grift squad, my pillow guy and whatever freaks are left in Trumpco that are unencumbered with a huge knife in their back. Again, who is left to work with this ghoul?

  3. Never said that, I may have to sit this one out and not bitch or cry for four years
By not voting, you are making a choice. Getty Lee/ shivers/ said something about that.

"Well I sat out elections when Hitler was consolidating power".

I'm a dense mofo, but wake up my man.

  4. MAGA notoriously supporting someone for president who has never owned a dog and compares things unfavorably to dogs.
That would be instantly disqualifying of any other candidate. Even Richard Milhouse Nixon knew that value of pretending to be normal about having a family pet, even if he crimed that up too. It was one of the few acts to assuage concerns that he wasn't a reptilian freak.

Just like Ted Cruz was smart enough not to leave his dog alone in danger on the Cancun trip during the freeze. He left it with the other dogs, in his freezer.

AUSTIN (Austin Business Journal) — Tesla Inc.’s huge electric vehicle factory in eastern Travis County will no longer be subject to city of Austin environmental regulations after the company used a new state law to have the property removed from the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.

The controversial law — which some municipalities are challenging in court — took effect Sept. 1 and allows landowners on the fringes of major cities to petition for such removal, freeing them up to develop with fewer restrictions.

data published by the Potential Energy Coalition. This is based on a range of national surveys and messaging tests, with inputs from nearly 60,000 people.
It’s worth noting that Americans are some of the most reluctant EV adopters across the world. In 2022, just 8% of new cars sold were electric.¹ That’s far lower than the global average (14%) and way lower than in the EU (21%), UK (23%), China (29%), and enthusiasts such as Norway.
You can see these comparisons – based on data from the International Energy Agency – in the chart below. We’re still waiting for new IEA figures to come in for 2023, but I expect the overall differences between countries will be similar.
As we’ll soon see, there is a large partisan divide in attitudes to EVs. But, interestingly, in a poll conducted by the University of Maryland and the Washington Post, the same share of Republicans and Democrats owned one.
This is all to say that the US is one of the toughest markets to crack. If things really get moving there, we can be much more confident about uptake in other countries.

Up until like 2022 it wasn't considered unethical for a Democrat to buy a Tesla. In fact they probably proudly did so until Elon went publicly off the reservation. Now, I wonder which brand/car will fill the Tesla void for those who despise Elon Musk and all he stands for.
Small sample size among progressive friends but: Evs by Mercedes, BMW, Nissan and Honda. At least two of those pivoted from Tesla due to Elon's bullshit.

Liquidate all my assets and move to Costa Rica to surf most days, fish on my custom sportfisher, maybe build a small mountain bike park, and solve a few local problems when I want to be productive. Y'all are on your own.

And with that amount of wealth, my wife will be cool with two side chicks at the same time.
