My Third Moderna was on par with the 2nd. Felt like shit for about 12 hrs.

Definitely a decline from the last few years. I think the freeze played a big part as while there was still snow on the ground at my place I found 2 dead dove in about 5 minutes walking around…

ROFLBOX, I am sure I will scare some your direction from Driftwood.

DISD ends at 981 positive cases after 2 weeks of school. 576 students, 314 campus staff, 91 Central Office staff.
My kids schools, K-8 and 6-8 have 5 and 2 cases respectively so far.
How many in the district?
Dripping Springs ISD ends week 2 with 40/7,836 student cases and 22/1075 faculty cases. Very few masks being worn by kids. Less than I figured…

Well just got a call from school, my 5yo in K has a fever. And another call from daycare, my 1.5yo is fussy and won't settle down. FML. Here we go.

Sorry, what trends are you trying to track? FWIW, I was Moderna and 2nd shot 3/25.
I have no idea. Some of it might be self serving as I have a severe immunoglobulin deficiency, so I am sort of interested to see how my response to the vaccine has been compared to others that might not have an immunoglobulin deficiency...

Just got mine back. Second shot was beginning of February. 994.
Thank you for all you guys reporting numbers! It is interesting to see how the numbers shake out.

The Moderna Booster shot seems to hit me as hard as the 2nd, if not harder. Hopefully back to 100% in the morning.

Cross posting this, but a free antibody study ongoing through UT. They're studying vaccines and antibody levels. Testing locations all over.
I got the gimp J&J 5 moths ago but had a really strong reaction. I'll share my numbers when I get them
I got mine, would be interested in comparing numbers with anyone else that got tested..

Booster shot received.

Gracias. Will grab a few tests and wait a few days.
Anybody tracking the COVID dashboards for the schools that are mandating masks, vs the schools that aren't? My son is in Dripping ISD with pretty much no mask usage on any of the kids, I would be interested to see how this will compare to other schools with high mask usage....

Son has been in K for 2 days. Woke up this morning with a slight cough…What is typical symptoms of a 5 yo?
-
Understood, so what is going to prevent it from burning through the schools?
-
Well, I guess if it does burn through the schools, is that for the better?

I'm sure it would be a pain for all, but could you stay away from the family until 2 weeks after you get your booster?
It is possible, will be tough on the wife...but me in the hospital with COVID might be a bit harder on her...
-
Man this shit is exhausting! I have a severe immunoglobulin deficiency (CVID), not to be confused with COVID...Anyways, I have escaped getting COVID so far, but now have a 5 year old starting kindergarten today. I also have a 1.5 yo in daycare. Amazingly we have all stayed healthy but with the son starting kindergarten, I am not sure what to do. I have both doses of vaccine and have gone ahead and signed up for the booster, but I am still unsure how my body will react if I get the virus. Do I stay at home and just hope for the best, do I move out for a few weeks to see how the schools cases go? I have signed up for the booster and plan to get it saturday. I am worried that if I do get it, I will be one of those 2% cases that is in the hospital and vaxxed and things won't go well...

I went to Dreamland in Dripping. Pretty gimmicky in my opinion. A few taps didn’t work, one that just spit foam, etc.
Also seemed a lot more expensive than a regular draft beer. Cleanliness in times of COVID seems like it could also be an issue.
Just pour me a fucking beer, I don’t want to be my own damn bartender.

You’re going with the completely wrong position and motherland.Poland-born 🇵🇱 peak Miroslav Klose is a better comparison for American-Polak Wondolowski.
Listos? = Are you (pl) ready?
Listos! = We’re ready!
NOTE: “Listos” can also be used as a plural masculine adjective meaning “smart”, but that would never be used in that way at a fútbol match.
Along the same lines, why all the Spanish? Listos, Verde, etc?

Phd...You as bullish on the rain totals the next few days as the Austin meteorologists?

Trying to get back into some running, what is the best site to look up races in the area? Mainly 5k for now. There seem to be a few different sites but wasn’t sure if there was a gold standard. Austin area..

I missed the issue with Turn 1, why is initially getting through turn 1 such a big deal?
