  1. Lets hear it.  Been a divided fan all my life but remodeling the kitchen and would like to hear thoughts from folks that have gone from a divided sink to a full sink.

When I cook, I like to have a side full of hot soapy water for dirty dishes...If you have gone to a full sink, what do you do instead?

  2. Just getting into birds and wildlife..Was an avid hunter growing up but for some reason I am just not real mad at them anymore, so seems the only real shooting I have been doing is with a camera. Didn’t think I would love birding as much as I have but for some reason I really dig it.

  3. Looking to plant a little food plot (2-3 AC.) for dove hunting this year south of Austin. Never planted anything more than a few tomatoes and jalapeños in my home garden.  Thinking of trying Sesame as the deer might not eat much of it. Have a tractor and plow, but no real seeder, any way I can get things seeded without some kind of seeder/drill/whatever? Any help is appreciated.

  4. DougO, Great Shots! I am sure I missed it but what lens you using for those bird shots? Just getting into birds myself, my uncle let me shoot his cannon 500 last weekend at a bird blind around here, holy shit is it bad ass! Want one bad but need to sell a few kidneys first.

  5. Here is Matt's seasoning and then finishing sauce...Damn good.

    Sprinkles

    1 Cup Granulated Garlic
    1/4 Cup Coarse Black Pepper
    1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
    1 Cup Corn Meal
    1/2 Cup Flour
    1/4 Cup Corn Starch

    Finishing Sauce

1 Cup Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
    1/4 peach or apricot brandy

Give the fajita meat a generous amount of the seasoning, then cook, right before you pull it off, douse it in a generous bit of finishing sauce and then serve and eat...

The seasoning and finishing sauce is great on burgers and just about anything else, always keep it on hand..

  6. Been smoking Turkeys the last few years along with a couple breasts using franklins method. I think this year just gonna do a bunch of breasts. Infinitely easier and darn good, and barely anybody eats the dark meat anyways.
