My guess is that she's simply clinging to a hope that Trump will keel over sometime in the next several months, and even then, he'll still probably get the Republican nomination.

That would be awesome because it would be easy to convice the rubes to write in Donald Trump...Telling them he's still alive and his death is a massive conspiracy.  I wonder how many million votes the R party would hemorrhage?

Edit: Don't get me wrong, it would not be as awesome as him dying.  Sadly, I'd likely follow soon after from the biggest party of my life.  Worth it.

Do the Tech fans shitting rat poison out of their mouths realize that Tech is still favored by 2 possessions tonight?

2 possessions isn’t shit in hoops.  But I get your point w the woe is me tech BS.

Gotta defend our guy Z here.  Guy is entertaining and put himself out there. Lol

We have seen a lot worse around here.

I still think Tech loses this. Typical Tech rears its ugly head again.

I don't know.  Tech has a hard on for Texas like nothing else.  It's their Super Bowl if Tech could actually play in a super bowl and they let Mahomes QB and lead them to a threepeat all in one game.  That's what it seems like this means to Tech.  Which is great, just no need to deny it.

I was in the Istanbul airport. 10 hour layover in the middle of a 42-hour trip.

Should have gotten a room at Yotel.  They have airside too.  Relatively cheap and can get some good z’s.
But then I wouldn’t have ever known about ‘American Ice Football’.

I mean…you know that he has a real, legit chance to win, right?

Yes, and the more he talks the less his chances imo.  That’s why I love to see him continue to open his mouth.  He is also great RE voter turnout for Biden, because there’s a LOT of people who don’t care to vote for Biden, but would crawl through razor wire to vote against Trump.

  6. Just repped all the sneaker posts I saw.  Fuck, this SIM is completely off the rails.  I think at this point Trump is just seeing how ridiculous he can be and still not lose his supporters.  Keep talking dumbfuck.

Wonder if she will bring the Romney back…

Either way I’m optimistic her replacement will be more incompetent and vile.

Perfect.  I can’t believe Trump hasn’t proposed renaming the R party the Trump party.  Let’s go all in.  Wipe out his legal debt w party funds.  Then build up more legal debt…rinse and repeat.  Glorious.

As stupid as the clips are, they really show you people who are so beholden to arriving at an end result (Republican/Trump good!  Must.Defend.Trump.) that they knowingly disregard truth and logic.  They will shamelessly reverse themselves and twist themselves into any pretzel, no matter how absurd.

The real question isn’t why are they so stupid, how did education fail them.  It’s how they became so corrupted and why they have so little self-respect.  What makes someone not feel any shame over making a fool of themselves to defend the indefensible?  What makes someone abandon all values other than “I must obey some fucking politician I’ve never met who doesn’t give a shit about me and treat anything he does like it’s coming from the messiah.”

The defining trait is that they’re pathetic, not stupid.

Definitely a ‘why not both?’ situation.  You have to be pathetic and stupid.  If you’re just pathetic you wouldn’t do these interviews.  The people caught w their pants down are clearly not just pathetic.  There’s plenty of those that will pull the lever for Dotard but hide their allegiance.

That guy and his peers vote.  The young man and his peers do not.

Taylor Swift needs 1-2 Twitter posts to seal a swing state or two.  Hope she does just that.  Timing isn’t right currently but it could happen and would be glorious seeing the olds/incels lose their shit (and the election).

It would be the most racist thing since OU fired Jeff Capel with an Elite 8 on his resume.

Parallels are there.  John Blake : Charlie Strong

We are stuck with him till the end of next season even if we lose out by 30 in every game.

Don’t be the racists everyone perceives you to be.  2 more years.  How quickly we forget an elite 8.

Chicago probably approaches the 93 and 94 off-seasons completely differently if MJ doesn't "retire" too. It's hard to say, but in 95 the Bulls had MJ, and his team lost to the Magic, who were swept by the Rockets.  So I think 95 would have still gone about the same if he stayed.

94 is a crapshoot. I think the East would have been completely different if all the teams knew MJ was playing.

I voted Bulls in both just looking at each season in a vacuum.  If they come in having won 3 already, I think they lose one of the two, just not being able to maintain an edge mentally, with all the winning.  2 three peats is crazy enough.  8 in a row isn’t happening in modern hoops.

I hope the Dems create ads out of that and blast it to every Latino-heavy population center in the country.

Not FL.  They’re indoctrinated.  I’ve seen 7-8 MAGA hats in the wild over the past year.  All Latino dudes in FL - assuming Cubans.

Physical fitness?  I get all the other bullet points.  I don’t agree but I get it.  But the physical fitness?  Trump?  Him?  I mean yeah, I guess he invented a new dance I’ve never seen before but otherwise the doesn’t have a physical bone in his body.

Which makes it even more awesome for him to put out a high top sneaker.  Pretty sure this fat fuck even plays tennis in cheap oxfords.  The sim is crashing hard.  I'm kind of a fan.

I don't have a problem with Stewart leveling criticism at #bothsides, where warranted.  Gig Biden for the Afghanistan withdrawal, for instance.  (Yeah, I know, Trump's plan.  Biden pulled the trigger.)  Gig him on, I don't know, still too high fuel and grocery prices.  But for goodness' sake, don't feed into the "too old" angle, because (a) he's not much older than Trump and (b) it's not clear that Biden is particularly deficient when it comes to running the government.

    So…Gig ‘em?

I’ll believe a man who has committed as much fraud as Trump has in his lifetime is “bleeding money” when I see it.

He’s not bleeding his money.  He’s definitely bleeding the R’s money.  And that’s even better.  Great job Donny, give yourself an extra scoop today.

Capitalism is a good thing, until it is not. General motivation and innovation, building wealth among many? That’s beneficial to our society. Grifting on a individual or corporate scale? Not good.

If a corporation grows while the environment it exists within withers, is that rational?

The extreme funneling of money into the hands of a very few is a threat to our national security, however. The examples are many. Peter Thiel, Timmy Dunn, the Kochs. These folks have dangerously oversized influence on the decisions made by state and federal entities, and the future they envision is not a future that fulfills our national values, nor one that promotes peace and general prosperity.

Agreed.  But it’s insane to argue publicly traded stocks should try not to mitigate taxes or negotiate what’s best for them, financially, when moving to other states.

That’s not how any of this is set up.  Again - close the loopholes or take away some states rights to negotiate…not saying I’m for that, but that’s what may be needed to stop some of the games.

Chicago is getting crushed with people and corporations leaving for lower taxes.  I think it sucks.  I also would be a moron to ask them to stay under the current varying tax laws/%’s

I don’t know.  Amazon is owned by the public - the vast majority anyway.  I totally get the frustration but it would be negligent to not fight for a better deal from varying states and to limit taxes where they can - legally.

Is the system fucked?  Sure.  But corporations are just acting rationally here.  Capitalism run amok.
