He added that there was a "lot of negligence" at the location and no proper evacuation route.

Poland's interior minister Joachim Brudzinski said fire safety controls would be ordered in all escape rooms in Poland, where the adventure games are popular with teenagers.

Previously, there was no official requirement for fire safety certificates at such locations - of which there are more than 1,000.

It completely blows my mind that Poland doesn't have general laws about places of business requiring emergency exits that would apply to this sort of situation, and that they would need to implement new specific laws to cover this.

except for the part that the pickup made an illegal lane change at a light, cutting in front of him, so yes, while he technically hit the pickup, it was the pickups actions that forced the impact.

and I guess I am just a crude asshole because the "never hit a woman" thing would have come very close to me punching the shit out of her if I was the passenger she charged

you come at me like that and I assume you are going to hit me with something.

BMW was stationary with a large gap in front of him, then he hit the throttle when someone started to move into the gap he was leaving which resulted in an impact. To me it looked like he saw someone moving in front of him (when there was plenty of space) and thought "oh hell no" so he tried to prevent it.

Woman is insane, but BMW douche was instigator and biggest asshole here, then he followed it up by being biggest pussy.

  3. Winning 9-10 games? What are you talking about, their record is 11-5.

The team is relatively healthy this year, yes. Other than the WR group which lost the #2 guy, then lost the #2 guy that replaced him, then lost the #2 guy that replaced him. None of that is even mentioning Bruce Ellington. That didn't help with the offensive line already crappy. It really sucked not having high draft picks last season, I'm interested to see how this year's draft goes and am optimistic that the O line can be improved finally, it wasn't realistic to make much improvement to the line last offseason due to the lack of draft picks.

Anybody else hope Cal mcNair fires BoB if he loses in the first round?

I get that it's fashionable to hate on BoB, but come the fuck on. Dude just won the toughest division in football. Surprising, yes, but the AFC south has the best cumulative record of all 8 divisions*, despite how shitty all the teams started the season. The AFC South is the only division in the NFL with more than 2 teams with a winning record, and also the only division with more than 2 teams with a positive point differential on the season.

He's been the Texans coach for 5 seasons now, and has won the division 3 of those 5 years. This is the first season he's had a competent QB for the full season and he went 11-5. The Offensive line is a pretty severe problem right now, and the CB group is hurting pretty bad too . I guess it would be a good idea to fire the most successful coach in franchise history by both winning percentage, number of division titles, and number of playoff appearances if he falls to 1-3 in the postseason with a bad offensive line and secondary.

    *AFC East - 0.437; AFC North - 0.500; AFC South - 0.547; AFC West - 0.531; NFC East - 0.484; NFC North - 0.500; NFC South - 0.500; NFC West - 0.469

  5. What shitty trucks and bins is your shitty waste company using, DougO? Mine uses trash and recycle bins that are on wheels and have an attached cover, and I've never seen any garbage or recycling falling out of the trucks as they drive around. As far as garbage sitting on the curb getting knocked over or sitting in the house as a health hazard because they switched a garbage pickup day to recycling pickup... the bins are on wheels and have a cover, so my bagged trash is sitting in the bin with the cover on in my garage until the morning they do the pick up, at which point I wheel it out to the curb. Losing a pickup day is a complete non-issue. All the problems you seem to have with your waste company are trivially easy to solve.

I had two packages containing four of my daughter’s presents taken Saturday. The tracking said they were delivered at 2:53 and we got home from visiting grandma at 3:45. When I checked the tracking online, amazon had a picture of them sitting on my front porch. It’s all very frustrating and maddening. I could replace two of the items, but the other two are out of stock until after Christmas. I’m beginning to think if I actually caught one of these fucksticks in the act that I might actually kill them in the heat of the moment. I’m having the replacements delivered to one of the amazon lockers that’s not far from my house to see how that works. Anyway, those piece of shit, douchebag, scum sucking, oozing vagina licking, fuckwads suck more than OU.

I support capital punishment for package theft, but let's not go crazy.

  7. I thought about bear mace, but I think that might be considered causing actual injury and open you to litigation.

You can't put an actual bomb on your porch that kills someone that tries to steal it, which would be the extreme version of bear mace. It would be justice though, these people are stealing kids Christmas presents, it's fucking disgusting.

Wait people still think Fracking causes earthquakes?

Especially earthquakes this strong, it's ridiculous. It's like believing someone dropping a cherry bomb in a toilet can cause a volcanic eruption. The amount of energy involved in a magnitude 6.6 quake is absurd, thinking that can be due to some fucking human-run oil extraction activities is completely insane.

  9. I don't understand how avoiding keyless leaves you with less shit in your pockets. My car with keyed ignition has the key + key fob, my car with keyless ignition has just the key fob. It's less shit in your pockets.

And mine also beeps if you leave it on but get out, then beeps more urgently 30 seconds or so later if you still haven't gotten the key fob back inside the car while it's running.

  10. I think we should do 6. The 5 major conference champions are in. The last spot goes to the highest ranked between all the other conference champions and the independents. Don't win your conference GTFO. Or exclude the independents, if Notre Dame wants to participate they can join a conference. Seeding is determined by rank, and the top 2 teams get a first round bye.

Open the fly of my pants and pull down the band of my brief.  Sometimes pull the side of brief up.  Never thru the fly of the brief.

This seems bizarre to me. My boxers have a fly that is easy to slip open, pulling the band down would be way more difficult. What kind of underwear are you fools wearing that it's easier to pull the band down?

Unzip the pants, reach in and up to grab the band, pull the band down and hold it down so it's not trying to push your dick up while you pee? WTF is this shit.

Unzip the pants, slip your hand through the fly and pull your dick out. Much quicker and easier. Way less clothing manipulation and takes like 1 second to accomplish.

So stupid and so disrespectful of the passengers and crew members who lost their lives on the hijacked planes. We understand the who, what, when, where, why, and how of what actually happened. None of the conspiracy theorists can come close to presenting a plausible alternative explanation that covers all those bases.

Not sure if you know this...but jet fuel doesn't get hot enough to melt steel! PROOF!

And as we all know, everything maintains the exact same physical properties  regardless of temperature right up until the melt point. Heating something up doesn't make it more pliable!

I don't feel better either way but you're still kind of wrong. If the shooter had committed assault against the wife then the husband pushing him down could* have been perfectly legal. That's why it's an extremely important clarification.

    * - I don't feel like researching affirmative defenses in Florida law.

I'm not wrong, when all that has happened is the argument with the shooter and wife there *might* have been a crime committed (that would make the deceased's subsequent violence legal) but we don't know that there has been a crime. When the deceased comes over and shoves the shooter to the ground we know that a crime has been committed. Either the deceased actions are legal because they are in response to an assault on his wife (that we don't know happened, but might have) or if his actions are in response to a totally legal verbal argument then he has himself committed a crime.

This is a question of fact that is not proven. It is possible that he committed assault against the wife under the Florida statute before the husband showed up.

Would it make you feel better if I said "at this point we don't know that an illegal act has occurred?"

We don't know a crime has been committed until the dude shows up and shoves the shooter to the ground. Once he does that we have enough information to conclude that someone has committed a crime.

  15. He was in a verbal altercation with someone over an illegal parking job that person did, at this point nothing illegal has occurred. A third party enters the picture and shoves him to the ground, at this point a crime has been committed. He responds to being physically attacked by pulling a gun out.

If he shoots immediately with the guy standing over him on the ground I think there is no issue and he shouldn't be charged. He doesn't do this, he hesitates and doesn't shoot immediately. During the second or two while he's hesitating the guy backs off, then he shoots.

Is that enough time in a situation like this with adrenaline flowing for a reasonable person to realize the situation is no longer threatening and change their course of action? That seems like an appropriate question for a jury to answer, so I'm glad he is facing charges.
