  17. Also I believe and Phd can correct me if I’m wrong but storms can and do break through the capping inversion and when they do they tend to be strong and rapidly intensifying.

  20. CiNH = convection inhibition or inhibitors, Cape is convective available potential energy over 1500 is good enough for supercell development these are reading 2-3k,
