  1. Great brisket. Ribs were very good. I don't remember trying their sausage. But I do remember how much I liked their grits. Better than Goldee's grits.
  2. I just learned from the list, the original owners of Cattleack sold the place to their pitmaster. I dont think he changed a thing. Which is awesome. One of my favorite spots.
  3. Yes
  4. Dude, I was quoting someone on something else. Hit the back button too many times. Somehow it was your quote. I tried to delete. I effed it up. Hahaha
  5. Get your ass to 225° BBQ in Arlington. It's been about year since I last hit them up. The trailer in DWG. This place is easily in my top 5 for DFW. The lean was tender AF. Ribs were perfectly cooked with a sweetness, a lil more pepper would've been nicer. You really can't mess up pork belly. Green beans and potatoes well seasoned. Legit street corn. And those mothereffin tortillas! Made want to cry. Soft and moist.
  6. 225° BBQ in Arlington is amazing.
  7. Anything foot&ankle, I'm going to Dr Ashley Ledger. A little north in the killeen area
  8. Went to Terry Black's- Waco, this past weekend. Beef rib was a gem. The lean brisket was a tad dry. Green beans, very good. Creamed corn was terrible, it's such an odd flavor.
  9. Consider trying an autoimmune protocol diet. It can be very difficult to follow though. This can help clear, rule out food and GI insensitivity.
  10. texz and herbie nailed it. But for burgers, I'm loving Gusto's on Magnolia.
  11. soooo, your beer cans smell like kimchi If you do vegan kimchi, it won't smell as bad. Legit kimchi is made with fish sauce, that will blow up the house!

  13. Not in a few months. I'm still reading that it's best to arrive by 845 to eat by noon.
