  1. I get the feeling that the pool party is not cookie-cutter. It’s about building that family atmosphere.

Seeing the coaches off the field and getting to know their families and each other.

Coach is bringing his old lady for a train?

  2. The comedic potential of "The Pool Party" is truly unlimited. If it turns out to be a magnet for low 3 stars who are trying not to go to SHSU, how epic will that be? Are there women invited to this pool party? I would have little interest in going to an all male pool party, but I would also have no interest in going near aggy. Do sheep swim?

  3. What a great get. Cannot overstate the significance of defensive talent of this quality. Come on elite D line and backers. Malik has your back, let's fuck some shit up. Get in on the next era of dominant Longhorn football.

  4. I love Astros hate, because everyone hates them and they kick everyone's ass. The hate is so delicious.

The Horns must again kick all the college football asses, as the taste of college football hate is the most delicious of all. And even in these times of medicore Horns football, we remain in everyone's head. Flash the Horns down at a game where the Horns are not even playing? Thank you for the free advertising and the rent free space we occupy in your head.

This guy is such a tool, and a perfect example of mindless Longhorn hate. Fuck him and all those unfortuante enough to look like him. If Arch was going to Georgia, he'd be the best of Peyton and Eli rolled into one. Fuck Fuckface Ferrell.

  5. What I don't get is the moronic "one of them is going to portal out" bullshit. Like the Mannings didn't realize there was a likely starter already here? Like the Mannings don't know Arch will be less ready as a true freshman than he will as a redshirt soph? I think it's Card who should consider a shot at another team, not Manning or Ewers. If they are as good as we all hope and believe, one will start until he can move on to the NFL, and then the next one will do the same. And if the results include insane recruiting around these guys then the train of 5* QBs should keep rolling. There is no understimating the potential this news creates.

  6. I recall yelling sometnig along the lines of "dude, you're huge, just fucking turn up field" at the TV when Melton was trying to stretch out the LOS and tippy toe into the end zone before getting stuffed. He was not a good big back, but he turned out to be a good fast Dlineman.

  7. Like taking a big, stupid dog into a 5 star restaurant. It has no idea how it is supposed to behave. The best is the "I can't wait until Nick Savior and Bammer kick the Longhorn football teams' asses. That'll teach 'em something about how they made our baseball tema look stupid. That is really sub-aggie logic, which is really hard to do.

Not per se, unless "sword" is really something other than an actual sword. Draw your own conclusion from Wikipedia's definition:

"Swashbuckler" is a compound of 'swash' (archaic: to swagger with a drawn sword) and 'buckler' (a small shield gripped in the fist) dating from the 16th century."

This right here is a shinning example of why you just have to appreciate this site. Where in fuck, in the entire world, are you going to get this kind of information without researching or even giving a shit? Well done, I say. Here, here!

From one font of useless information to another, swash on, good sir. Swash on.

Always trust some who delivers huge news beginning with the phrase, "I don't know if I heard right..."

Well, he got it from "They" who is a "pretty good source", so that's good enough to start comparing hotel room curtains and stalking aircraft.

  10. My humble opinion is that Ewers has to start. Deer in headlights is a bad look for a QB. But there are times when using a QB the way Sam was used, is a great option. We know Card can run effectively. We aslo know if he has to make fast decisions with pressure, he shits his pants. Why not have a set of plays with simple run/pass option where Card either has THE receiver open or he tucks and runs? He only has to make 1 decision. It would be a good short yardage alternative. The added bonus is if het gets beat up like Sam did, he doesn't have to trot back out and run the offense for the next series. It also would be a confidence builder for him. Scary to think about, but he's one wiffed block away from running the offense, again. Assuming, of course, that Ewers is the man.

  11. I thought Dick Vitale had to go back to his cave to slumber until the next college basketball season, surviving on nacho cheese scrapped from paper nacho boats, and half eaten hotdogs. The villagers wil  be pissed when they find out he still walks the county side.
