I usually stay away from baseball from Thanksgiving to mid January. But had to post what my wife and kids got me for Christmas.
The autographed card is Jerry Don gleaton. Who played two (of his 12) major league years with the rangers. My grandfather was his little league coach.- 6

And if you’ve watched when he’s had time he HAS looked more than one way. Just not a lot open. And the OL is leaky as shitHonest question because I haven't seen all the game because family. Have they tried any screens or quick throws to help the pass rush?

It happens more often than you think. I offer this observation, as I have a young male Taco Bell fan who occasionally spends time with us when he is home from school. His typical order is, best that I can tell, the classic order: "I'd like a big bag of food, please." He gets said big bag of food. He consumes most of it. But often, there is an item or two left behind, which ends up in the fridge.
My typical move is to take the cold burrito, mush it down just slightly onto the griddle to crisp it, flip to crisp the top, and then douse with taco sauce, cheese, and whatever the hell else I want. Similar to the post above, which is a classic move.

It's not so much the price of eggs per se, it's that eggs are used extensively during the December festival season. So, if you think about it like turkey for Thanksgiving. If you bought one last year at $60 and this year it's $150, It'll make front page news.
Also, western sanctions on fertilizer, poultry food an vet supplies is causing a big spike in commodity prices.
The average price of fruit juice in Russia generally increased over the period observed. In June 2023, the price reached its peak, at 130.6 Russian rubles per liter. That marked an increase of nearly 17 Russian rubles compared to the same period last year.

Team Doom is making our annual contribution to the pot.
I might as well lodge my annual grievance against the shitawful interface of ESPN's game dashboard. It's like they actively hate their user base.
What really sucks is that a couple of years ago, I was able to copy the data to a google spreadsheet and format it in a way that made sense for us. But that blocked that. r at least they blocked my limited ability to do it. I'll try again once it starts

Just now doing mine. Never done one of these before.
I took easier college classes than picking 43 fucking bowl games and assigning confidence.
Best to start with looking at Vegas spreads and favorites to narrow it down.
Also, If I beat you, I'm sending you a few bottles of Modelo and some sweet potato hash browns.

the fun thing about it is you can move them around up until each individual game kicks off. so it's a contest you can think about every single day there is a bowl game.
I think thats why I like this better than March Madness. MM you can be pretty much out after the first or second day. For this, unless you really screw up you still have a chance until maybe nye

When sweet potato is all you got, you go with it. It's all the man had. That's what this thread is about - making magic happen out of shit you got. And that's what he did. Not gonna rep it though.

Yeah I'm not sure if sweet potato is gonna fly here.
Also, modelo belongs in a can.
Yeah, the sweet potato was kinda meh. It wasn't like candied or anything, just one a plain my wife baked a couple of days ago and I wanted to use up. Cooked it with salt, pepper and cayenne. And in the grease of the brat. It was okay. Really couldn't taste it. Not as good as regular hashbrowns though

Try coaching your son's little league team. My oldest is 38, and helping to coach his team was the worst experience of my life. I can only imagine that it is 100 times worse now.
I first read this as your son is still in little league. Then that you were helping your son coach his kids little league.
I've coached little league twice. The first time was horrible. The second time was fantastic. Some of that was a little hesitant talking to parents the first time around. Second time, I knew when to ask parents for help and when to tell them what they should be doing.

That's the damn truth.

But from the top down, their society is unrecognizable to an average American. Demonstrably, the average Russian male has more value to Putin being killed by a $200 Ukrainian built kamikazi drone than he does serving in Russian society. Putin hits the proverbial jackpot when Ukraine has to use a western provided weapon like a cluster strike on these conscripts because it means western societies will have to debate more support sooner. Meat assaults will continue until Russia collapses or the west gets tired of killing them.
It's actually worse than that. From a PBS Newshour report from Dec 11th. Russian's ethnic minorities are 75 times wore likely to die than men from Moscow. 6 out of the ten regions with the highest mortality rate are from Siberia or the far east.
I think this is why you don't see as much blowback from the Moscow/St. Petersburg as I thought there would be considering the amount of deaths and injuries. Those aren't the ones doing the dieing. Putin is effectively comitting genocide on two fronts.

Not disputing that. Not supporting Ho Chi Minh before He turned to the communist was the big mistake.
But once we were committed the politicians and media lost the war for us.
How was it the media's fault? Honest question. I have no idea

Kinda like on ESPN, when you're looking at football score. There is a drop down (usually defaulted to the top 25) so you can select what conference scores you want see. But it has all the conferences listed. Put the Power 5 at the top!
