  1. So, Fundora definitely deserved the win by the numbers.  However, without that cut, Tszyu easily finishes that kid.  He was blocking every jab Fundora threw before the cut.  Afterwards he couldn't see shit and just kept getting tagged with it.

And if Tim is smart he'll fire his entire corner.  Cutman didn't do a fucking thing to even slow the bleeding down.  And his coach/trainer should have been pushing to have the fight stopped before the 4th so it would be a NC.  Now he's got a loss, doesn't have the belts, and there's no rematch clause.  So Fundora is going to take a big money fight against Spence or Crawford and get killed.  All while Tim is missing out on the money and the belts and has to work his way back.

  2. Great card on Amazon by PBC tonight.

Rolly Romero got clowned by Cruz.  And now Fundora and Tszyu are both bleeding like stuck pigs and in a war.  Shit looks like a horror movie.

He’s been good, but he hasn’t been a top five QB

The stats say otherwise.  He's played behind a rather bad O-line for his time in Minnesota, too.

He's well above average since he's been starting for most of his career. He also has nearly 40k passing yards and a 2.7:1.1 career TD to INT ratio.

He's also above average amongst starting NFL QBs.

He also isn't getting that kind of money to be a starting NFL QB on a team entering his age 36 season if he isn't above average. He is and who is and people who matter clearly value his previous and potential contributions to a team as a starter.

He's not a super bowl caliber QB on his own, but he would be an upgrade over most starting QBs in the league.

Shit, Baker just got $100M to give you an idea of the market

Yeah, like it or not, Cousins is a Top 5 QB in the league the past few years.

People freaking out over a guy with his production getting paid big money, meanwhile you've got guys who don't produce and who hardly see the field getting paid just as much or more.  Watson, Garoppolo, Jones, Carr, etc.

In what world do the Ravens ever let Lamar walk?  If Lamar didn't make a deal he was getting tagged.  And we don't know what all Blank and Co. tried or didn't to get Lamar.

The egregious stuff was them trying to land The Massage Rapist and pissing Ryan off so he bails.

Cousins will have a better O-line in Atlanta than he ever had in Minnesota.  He'll have London, Pitts, and Bijan.  Plus, I imagine they grab another receiver for him as well.  He'll be fine and the Falcons will make the playoffs.  The Vikings are the ones in trouble.  They have no one at QB now.  And they're drafting 11th.  So either you take a Nix or a Penix 2nd tier guy with issues, or you trade away your entire franchise to move up to 2 or 3.

  6. Two notable fights today:

Zhang v. Parker.  Zhang knocked Parker down twice, but he has worse cardio than an 80 year old lifelong smoker so he did absolutely dick the rest of the time.  Easy decision victory for Parker even though he didn't do much either.

Joshua v. Ngannou.  For some reason, people thought Ngannou actually had a chance in this fight?  Losing to a coked up, fat as fuck, didn't train Fury in a decision doesn't make you a boxer.  AJ proved that tonight by sparking Ngannou out in the 2nd round.  Knocked him down in the 1st as well.  On the final KO punch, I legitimately thought AJ might have killed him.  Absolutely no defense from the Cameroonian.  AJ swung in a vicious right hand from Timbuktu and folded Ngannou like a cheap tent.  Maybe people are finally figuring out why Fury has been ducking Usyk for ages and why he's never going to get anywhere near a ring with AJ in it.

KC traded away the most explosive WR in football and goes on to win back to back rings and he has 0 playoff wins. That just shows how good Mahomes is. His WR core this year was extremely weak. They looked dead in the water throughout the year, especially when the Raiders dominated them at home on Christmas day. Don't think they lost again since that day.

Nah.  The real magic juice was realizing Toney is a fucking cancerous moron with stone hands and sitting his ass.  I saw earlier today that Pat's QB rating when throwing to Toney was in the 60s.

KC also fumbled inside the 5 yard line when going in for the lead. 2 other redzone trips that only lead to 6 total points. Mahomes throws a pick that gave SF a possession starting in KC territory.

    True.

Tired of the Purdy nonsense.  Kid is doing great.  He's in Year 2 and he played decent in a SB.  Dak can't get the Boys past the goddamn Wild Card in Year 300 with hundreds of millions of dollars spent.

Purdy outplayed every QB in the NFL this season not named Patrick Mahomes but people act like he's barely above a backup.  It's just silly.

Purdy was average and below for most of the game.

Didn't turn the ball over.  Made plays.

The Chiefs defense is actually really fucking good, surprise surprise.

9ers had their chances but CMC fumbles when they were heading in to score, they fuck up a punt which leads to an easy 7 for KC, and then they miss an XP which would have had the game over before OT.
