Yeah these are not liberal areas he’s suing.  Aledo is a FW suburb and Huffman had a lot of aggy.

He seems scared that they are telling people to vote.

Of course he’s terrified of people voting. His whole career and all of his cronies is based on winning extremely low turnout R primaries in gerrymandered non-competitive districts. He and his preferred candidates generally only win with the crazies constituting a majority of the electorate.

  2. Should I be concerned with the Court’s order which mentions reviewing Presidential Immunity for alleged official acts?

Can they just assume his actions were official and therefore grant immunity?

Given the falsehoods utilized to support other decisions of this Court, I have no confidence they get to the right decision here.

  3. 6 or 11 would be the best opportunity for getting past the first weekend. That’s the one thing Penders truly understood. Avoid the 1 or 2 seed for as long as possible and hope someone else takes them out.

  4. I would be shocked if XOM’s ROFR applied to an acquisition of the shares of HES. This is the type of argument made by African countries. Generally, that ROFR is only applicable to the transfer of the license or the sub holding the license.

Not in Texas.  Only means of collecting judgment against LLC member/owner is via a charging order, which is limited to directing distributions to the judgment creditor.  Corporate stock can be seized and sold at public auction.

That’s crazy. Why did Texas decide to treat LLC interests differently?

    Limited Liability Company

    It limits the liability

I may be missing the sarcasm.

It limits the liability for the activities of the entity. However, the LLC interests are still the assets of the owner of the LLC and have their own value. Additionally, the ownership of the interests likely convey voting rights which allow the owner to liquidate the property held by the LLC.

If Donald held $400 million of NVDA, I would assume that could be seized to settle the judgement. These LLC interests are no different.

Yeah see the problem there is that it's owned by MAL Inc., not Donald personally or any of the defendant entities in the NY case.

Via execution, you can only seize assets in the name of /titled to one of the defendants liable under the judgment.

If assets were placed in entities in the ordinary course of business (as opposed to moved around after the liability arose in a fraudulent transfer manner) there is very little you can do to get to them.  About the best you can do is get at income or payments they throw off.

Can they not seize the LLC interests held by the defendant directly?

And the incumbent Sean Thierry in HD 146 needs to go.  She's our own little Sinema.  All her funding comes for far right groups.  She's a blight.  Lauren Ashley Simmons is the right person for that seat.

Yep - I will be voting in my first D primary ever to vote against her.

Yordan 2nd and Bregman 3rd and we’re set.

Are we hitting Tucker behind Bregman in that order to split-up the left-handed hitters or is it optimal for Bregman to hit before Tucker without that consideration?

It was literally at the end of the tax year when I moved to AZ, so most of the income was earned in California.  However, I will have to look into it this year..I go back and forth between here and California a lot traveling for work, not sure how they will handle the situation.  I'm going to have to hire someone to do the taxes that knows the laws.

You will have to track your days in and out of California.

You're close, I do live in AZ, but I work remotely for a company out of California, so I got taxed at California's state income rate. At least I did last year when I first moved here.  My company is starting to build an office here in AZ now so won't be based out of California anymore soon.

I probably paid around 34 to 35 % taxes total based on your calculations last year..

Generally speaking California should only tax your wages for work performed in California. If you were working in Arizona, then you could probably file a California non-resident return and get a refund.

You're the only one in this thread that's been particularly emotional. And it has nothing to do with a difference of opinion, it has to do with you getting facts wrong (while accusing us of getting the facts wrong), refusing to back up your factual claims, then crying about how mean everyone is being to you when you're called out for refusing to back up your factual claims. That's bitchass behavior.

    Let’s hear the facts.

Age (did you pull the lower jaw?)

    Live weight

    Green score

That’s a great buck that you worked for.  You stayed after him and avoided distraction and dispirit.  It’s always good to see hunters that don’t country club dabble but rather dig in and put in the hours.

    You earned it.

Lower jaw has not been pulled yet, but I will get it when the taxi is done. However, I have watched this deer for 5 seasons now as his G2s provided easy identification. In 2019 (my 1st season on this ranch), I visually aged him at 4 in 2019 and I’m estimating he’s around 8/9 years old.

He weighed 168 lbs on the hoof. Most of our mature bucks weigh around 200 lbs prior to the rut so he definitely ran off some lbs.

    Green score was 178 inches.

I didn’t completely avoid dispirit during the hunt as it seemed as if this deer could sense when I was in the blind. I would get pictures of him at the feeder during the week and then he wouldn’t show on the weekends when I was out there. I even changed my normal parking spot for that blind later in the year as I was convinced he could spot the truck and avoid me.

He’a a memorable deer and I’ve never worked this hard for a single deer.
