Guice, IMO, depends on your opinion of him as an NFL player. I, personally, don't think he's a significant talent so don't expect much. However, if you think Guice is underrated then he should be a target because the other WASH backs are journeymen and if he's clearly better he'll get the bulk of work.

You'd likely send the strongest boys first as they have a better chance of surviving shit you didn't plan for. Plus it boosts the moral of everyone involved, especially those waiting to be pulled out.
watching the news this morning and this is what they said; not sure if they were speculating or knew it for a fact.

Get MLB.TV and then use a service like unlocator to spoof your location. I’ve been doing this for the past few years with an Apple TV.
thanks for covering my lazy ass with the info.

1 year warranty on most items and a 2 year warranty on mechanical labor / installation items however their may be more warranty on mechanical parts and pieces.
10 year latent defect warranty on everything. You friend needs to document and follow Texas property code 27.and give notice to builder and play all cards according to Hoyle.
If the builder is worth a darn, he will address the issue.
Is this really a stucco issue or a flashing the stucco issue? What type of builder? Tract home? Production “custom?” High-end custom? High-priced spec?
sent a PM. It isn't a high-end custom, but not a cheap home by any standards.

First of all, good luck w/ that. I think he'll find that aside from straight up gross negligence, the law is pretty tilted in favor of the builder. But maybe he can get something on settlement?
This is my assumption, but I told them I'd get an attorney name and they can call and discuss. I know, in general, hard to sue businesses in Texas.

we should start counting the number of times a URUG hits the ground going forward..... this doesnt make any sense to me, you are needing to score now, quit fucking flopping.
they are playing for set pieces from 35-50 yards. they always flop in that area, did the same thing in their last game. commentators even remarked about how many practice free kicks Suarez was taking pregame from the exact spot he got "fouled".

My old man used to drive us all around Dallas in the bed of his pickup in the 80s. Although probably not on 103 degree days. Ahhhh, those fun, carelessly irresponsible times....
used to ride around in the bed of pickups all the time, too. obviously not the safest idea in retrospect.

Got a friend selling a 5 year old home, all kinds of issues upon inspection with the stucco. significant $$ repairs. they would like to pursue reimbursement from their builder. anyone got a firm to recommend? Houston area.

didn't Shaya lose the chef or something happened in that relationship? still the same as before?
I loved the Drago's grilled oysters but not a fan of atmosphere at either location so probably wouldn't do it. if you want seafood, peche is f'n money. Highly recommend it. more casual than brigstem or upperline

If every game were like this, soccer would be a Top 3 sport in the U.S. by the 2026 World Cup.

Thanks for the replies. I’m thinking dinner at Butcher or Acme and dessert at DuMonde. Breakfast at Camellia because we’re staying close to it. Then a poboy on the way out of town. Either Gus’ or Mahoney’s. Parkway is closed on Tuesday or it would be my choice.
I like Gus' a lot bettter than Mahoney's, but with kids Mahoney's might be a safer call

But... but... I watch a lot of EPL matches and... and... I always pull for the first place team. I mean, I watch all of their games. And with Sergio Agüero, Gabriel Jesus, Kevin de Bruyne, David Silva, Raheem Sterling, Yaya Toure, Ilkay Gündogan, Fernandinho, Danilo, and Benjamin Mendy... Sané has shown flashes of excellence!
That's all I know, so it must be true that he should have been included!
Sane clearly no Muller, I guess. and doesn't Germany have top end talent around, too?
and listing Yaya Toure. at least we know you don't watch City

Ozil was definitely disappointing, but that's a ridiculous claim. Ozil had 1 goal and 4 assists in qualifying, and was dramatically better than Sane after he was pulled against Austria. Draxler has had a few goals and an assist in qualifying and was decent last year in the confederations cup. Sane has one assist, against Azerbaijan, his entire German career with no goals.
He's definitely a tad overrated. He's going to be a good player, but he wasn't the savior that Germany needed for this World Cup, particularly against teams that sat back deep and defended like all three teams in the group did against Germany.
e: Here's a better article from Honigstein that explains why Low didn't bring him:
Sane improved dramatically over this past club season. I watch a lot of City games and he wasn't the same player at the end of the season.
I'm not sure he was the answer for this German world cup team, but to say he didn't do much for the national team before so he wasn't a good fit is a bit unfair IMO.

What’s sad is some of that was on the bench, Low was just too stubborn to give them the minutes. Mexico exposed that midfield trio, there was zero chance it was going to be any better against a fast and aggressive team like Korea. Goretzka should have played inside along with Gundogan with Rudy being hurt. Then you choose Ozil or Kroos to play with them. Brandt should have started on the wing where Goretzka was.
Gomez should have started over Werner every game. They never had a target in the middle to play to or off of. Werner was too easy knock off the ball or mark out in the air. Germany was stuck knocking the ball around the box trying to find a shot angle through 8 players the entire tournament. Just maddening.
good succinct analysis, and I'm a soccer newb but agree with all that from games I watched.
Also, there was just an arrogance about this German squad when they had possession. Like if they just made a bunch of cute passes with 9 guys forward they'd get a wide open shot, but no one was moving or making runs or creating passing angles. maddening is right
