How did he “screw up” tosu recruiting?

I think he meant he made the whole qb room too full. They had it fairly balanced out with redshirts and taking 1 a class but this created two true freshman and a redshirt freshman in the same room. With him gone that allows for Devin Brown to fill the spot originally intended for him prior to his early enrollment

The roof should be open when the weather's nice.  Regular season and playoffs.

But it’s not nice weather. it’s overcast and quite humid with chances of rain today and tomorrow

I was chuckling at your idea for the Astros to buy up the land around MMP for the purpose of providing dining and entertainment options to their patrons. Buying land in downtown Houston is a different story than developing a blank-slate,  60 acre site in suburban Atlanta. The Astros could have that if they had decided to build the Stadium in the Woodlands or in Sugarland. While I agree better options are needed, it will have to be done piecemeal by the private sector.

This is already underway. Jim Crane has bought the land that used to house Home Plate directly across the street as well as buying some other of the surrounding surface lots. Pre COVID the idea was an entertainment and dining area there directly across the street from the park. Not sure how long that takes going forward. I was at Houston First when he bought that additional land that had the old house and train engine that where originally meant for the bayou city history museum.

Here's the Michael Brantley at bat in the first inning. Look at pitch 5, he should've had a 3-2 count with a chance to get on base via hit or walk, but he gets rung up by Diaz. WHERE IS THE PASSAN COLUMN FOR THAT ONE? If he's on base, the Astros score two instead of just one run.

Brantley struck out swinging in this at bat. There were plenty of awful calls but this at bat is not a great example.

Someone explain the thinking behind starting Yordan in LF and Brantley as DH. It can’t be a rest thing and I don’t think Uncle Mike is nursing an injury. While Brantley isn’t a gold glover, he’s definitely better than Alvarez defensively.

Alvarez has hit way better when playing in the field. He has a decent arm and with a short left field limited range is all that is necessary to play there. You are also starting a guy that if on might get 1 to 2balls that way in the air

More Brenen Thompson isn't good talk and Noah Thomas is better.

Gotta love the aggy that just regurgitates old talking points about a guy with track speed without watching any film of said kid.  If that Chris Marshall is dumb enough to go there after what has happened to Wright and Demas he probably won’t be picking up that route tree much like them and will be transferring out sooner than later.

Patterson ran Ladamian Tomlinson 369 times in one year(2000).

Just a whiney fraud fuckface liar.

Fran was the coach in 2000. I thought the same and went and looked it up. Patterson coached the bowl.
