Surly Usual Suspect Game Thread and/or Arch thread commentary/analysis prediction for post-game tomorrow:
Caldwell Starts, Loses: Fuck Sark. Please leave for the NFL. Too much of a pussy to play a healthy Manning because of Woke optics and it cost us the season.
Caldwell Starts, Wins: Caldwell Should Starts! Sark is such a fucking moron. We would clearly be a 1 loss top 5 team if he hadn't promised Manning the starting job and played the best available after OSU.
Manning Starts, gets re-injured: Sark should be fired FOR CAUSE immediately for playing a clearly concussed player. No buyout. Get the lawyers on it.
Manning Starts, Loses: Sark is a moron. Playing a clearly injured Manning cost us the season. Please leave for the NFL.
Manning Starts, Wins: Half of Surly finds 10 different things to bitch about and are miserable in victory regardless. Half of Surly is convinced we don't lose another game until Fall 2027 (at the earliest).
Man it is a Surly Choose Your Own Adventure.

Guys, moving Stroh back to the left side and bringing Campbell back in is what started the comeback.
Yes, because Brooks against OU seems like an aberration now. The last two games he's gotten destroyed in pass pro now that other teams have a semblance of film on him. Stroh came in and played well in pass pro against MSU.
Maybe have Brooks go in on first down, 2nd and 10 when we have an incomplete on first down (b/c Sark always runs), and Stroh on all passing downs.

With the offensive line being as terrible as they are, you would think that someone some where can get an answer as to what the fuck is going on with Neto?

He already answered that question. We're going back to what we do instead of doing the stuff that is working. #Identity.

There are probably three things required of Sark at this point to rebuild his relationship with Surly. It has been rocky. He's gone from "he's a genius! did you see him scheme that Bama WR wide open on a LB!" to "he's a fucking loser" to "Sark's led us out of the desert to the playoffs!" to "seven win Steve rides again" to "he's the reason we got Arch!!!" to "he's the gotdamn reason we got dipshit Arch!!!".
To heal the current state of things, based on this 31 page thread, he needs to: (1) clarify whether he actually called the 4th down play in 2005 and/or whether as associate head coach he could have overridden Lane's call and didn't; so he regrets it because he called it or regrets it because he had authority to change the call and didn't, (2) clarify if anyone in his orbit reached out to NFL teams in an effort to leave after this season, and (3) provide a DNA test for this kid in question.
I will also accept win out before Thanksgiving. Beat an undefeated Aggie at home. Then win the SEC Championships (preferably also against Aggie).

What if, and hear me out here. What if Nicoles BMD is a moron and doesn't know fuck all and is just repeating random shit he hears on the Internet
Who gives a shit? Why are we discussing Nicole's credibility? At least six other posters chipped in about the same exact rumors before she chipped in and said that is what I heard.

Could have been Sexton but I’m not sure about that. Whether it be shitty false reporting or someone is Sarks circle stabbing him in the back, I agree he needs to squash it quick.
May have been why Sexton had to publicly retract yesterday. Sexton and his team put out very informal feelers out there because they talked to Sark who was frustrated by the attacks on his play calling/pressure at Texas/struggles this year/personal bullshit he is dealing with. The reporter came from the NFL so someone from Sark's camp reached out to some NFL people about it. It's just a matter of who or why.

a junior 995er with 40 paper but no aspirations to a longterm career requiring belmont access needs to burn their life card with the following question tomorrow:
sark, as the oc, when you run what you want to run, it doesn't work, and when you run what you don't want to run, it does work, so given all of the other drama swirling around you, why do you insist on torturing your customers running what you want to run?
Or:
1. Were you working the 40 days following the loss to Ohio State? Did that contribute to our lack of impact players in the Spring Portal compared to prior years?

Texas O-line talk
in Football
We've bitched enough, but the line played one of their best games this week.
Was it Hutson playing LG who left the game? Did he return?
