Look holds like his happen regularly on returns.
The onside kick was not his fault. No matter what Sark says after the game, they didn't practice that shit.
If they did practice and were still fifteen yards away from the kicker when lining up and running away instantly than they were clearly practicing the wrong fucking things.

Arch would you like to come back to a team with a rebuilding offensive line, wr with the dropsies, no running game, backup tight ends that are terrible and a coach that is truly lost?
Really going to test his Longhorn love IMHO. I get that he loves it here, etc, but I can definitely see a business decision being made.

We got pretty well shredded by Florida and Kentucky as well. Outside of OU we’ve been bad against the pass in conference play.Kentucky shredded us after we put our defense on the field for 93 minutes interrupted by a three and out.
I'll never understand the Florida game defensively. Lol

The number of vaginas in this thread is quite strong. You all aren't wrong on the entirety of Kirby>Stark and plenty of the other concerns you have. But this is a different Georgia team and a different Texas team.
First, Georgia's defense is balls this year. They are 97th in third down conversion. Why? Because they are legit 125th in sacks per game. Good news - they will likely bump into the top 20 after playing us. They are bad with turnover margin as well.
Offensively, while Stockton is playing well they are heavily dependent on the run to jump start their passing game. Their ability to run keeps them in short distances for passing plays and they generally don't give up many sacks. I think Texas' defense ability to stop the run game and their quality in rushing the passer - puts Stockton exactly where he was last year - in the pocket with a giant target on his head. He's going to get murdered again.
Let's not forget that we were one DB blocking on the interception return from winning the SEC Championship against them. Stockton threw that awful pick.
I get that we are on the road, and all the negatives. We may get blown out of the water, but I think the same team that showed up the first three quarters against Vandy shows up against Georgia and we win a close one due to Georgia turnovers and the fact they have to go to the backup QB

I think it's OK to say that the ideal way you build your line is through high school kids.
But then point out that Texas must have dropped the ball with a few evals and took some light classes leaving the cupboard a little dry and thus we need to hit the portal some.
It's not like the coaching staff is doubling down on the size of the incoming high school OL class. So they have to be keeping some spots warm for some portal prospects IMHO.
I would think (completely guessing with no example or stats to back this up) that it would be easier to find competent guards in the portal than competent tackles. If our two tackles stay another year, you could get 2 starters and have 1 G/T type that could back up everyone and be thin, but OK with the kid that got hurt to start the season. (I think)
This is who Steve Sarkisian is.

I feel like Sark the GM never gave Sark the coach a chance this year.
That being said Sark the coach got his ass handed to him yesterday by Kirby the coach. Then lied about how they practiced that special teams shit to save face. There is not a single well coached special teams unit that is lining up 15 yards away from the kicker and instantly running backwards in unison if they are well prepared for an onside kick. That's not on the players. 100% on the coaches and he is fucking lying.
