Sanders with a great opening block
Love the effort by worthy to run down the field to block.
I swear - X may be the best player this team has ever had at WR. Ever. Every play he goes 100.

If we would take Agiye Hall, we would take Evan Stewart in a heartbeat.
You are not wrong. However, the WR room is completely different this time next year with Neyor, Hall, Cain and others that it was when we took Hall. That is before you consider the quality of the recruiting class coming in with Cook and others. I am not saying Stewart would not be a take. Just that it is a completely different room than when we took Hall.

Anyone watching "Mo?" Semi-autobiographical comedy/drama from comedian Mohammed Amer about a Palestinian immigrant who grew up in Houston navigating his day-to-day as an undocumented immigrant seeking asylum. We're 3 episodes in. Pretty heartwarming and fun:
Three episodes in also. Like it as well and looking forward to it. He's a funny guy.

Draft in a week and I have a dilemma. It is a one player optional keeper league, salary cap/auction style draft. Depending on how long you have kept a player the cost to keep varies. The only player on my roster even worth considering keeping is Kamara. I like other players better than Kamara but I can lock him in for 20% of my budget. I think he would go for about 25% of my budget on the open market. But the issue is availability of other top options at RB is going to be scarce.
JT will be kept
CMC and Ekeler might not be kept but will go for prices that I am not willing to pay, well above Kamara
Najee, D Henry, Mixon, Kupp, Chase, Cook will all be kept
Javonte and Saquon might be kept but I like both of those guys. I am guessing they will each go for more than I can keep Kamara for.
The biggest question is the pending 4-6 game suspension but Schefter and everyone is saying the case likely won't be decided until after the season so the suspension would be next year. Still no sure thing.
Lock in Kamara as one of my top 2 RBs at 20% and then go balls out for a guy I really want for my other RB?
Can you trade your keepers?

I mean, I wouldn't put it past Trump to take nuclear secrets for profit or leverage. That it is completely within the realm of possibility shows exactly how unfit for office he is, but I think @Ted Lange is right to be dubious. All we have is a single WaPo article claiming its nuclear codes. If it turns out to be anything less, the "conspiracy against Trump" gets more entrenched in the minds of his base. I think it is more likely that he is doing what he does best -- playing the media to his advantage.
Agreed.

Look I know Trump would sell anything to anyone for personal profit. But I still didn't think he would sell nuclear secrets to the Saudis. I consistently fail to comprehend just how far he will go.

interesting nugget. Someone theorized the other day that this is about establishing chain of custody for the docs because we already know they’ve been used in a bad way. That guy’s appearance on the pleading may support this.
also, glad to see Juan Gonzalez has had such a successful post baseball career.
Trump has sought to personally monetize everything he could at any opportunity. He is still repeatedly using the seal of the President illegally.
So do I think he would sell highly classified intelligence to a foreign power for personal profit? Of course.

That press conference could have been accomplished by a press release or tweet.
Sure. But this is the sitting AG executing a search warrant for the premises of the prior President. I want him to stand up and say - I signed off on this personally. I do not take that act lightly. But we follow the law here.
Sure that could all be in a statement, but I think the Country needed to hear it. Not that it will change the mind of any one on the right.

I love that Trump is complaining about weaponizing the Federal Government against political opposition with the legitimate threat he created to his Vice President and Congress on January 6.

One coach voted Texas #1.
I don't know who votes this year, but that coach should never vote again.

It seems like a pretty stupid thing on the surface and only tangentially related, but honestly I think this staff is doing lightyears better with their mental evals than the previous 2 coaching staffs.
Agreed. I think it became patently clear the quality of a Herman recruit v. the quality of a Sark recruit.

Look - I don't know whether these kids are any good - but something has changed dramatically with this recruiting class that was not as prevalent in classes during other years.
This batch of recruits have been on time for nearly all of their announcements. It's impressive.

No Taviano and and No Hicks shows why they so desperately needed Hill. I tend to think Gullete is going to Aggie as well if he made it in for the pool party.
Regardless, it's recruiting - there will be hits and misses and you now have a real chance to clean up some big misses in the portal. Aggie is not going anywhere anytime soon and it's not like the rest of the SEC has ever had any issues with the bag game before.
Would have loved to have Hill, but we are doing about 1,000 times better in recruiting this year than I would have expected at the end of last season for various reasons. Hopefully, they can continue to close out well on the targets on the board and build some momentum during the school year.

He's a high school kid who is going to have a very hard time saying no to life changing money. It's not any coaches fault. We all knew aggie wasnt going to sit this year out despite what they spent last year. Hill was the obvious momentum changer and they can also try to sell the we are just a lb commit away nonsense.

Crazy talk. Tourneys so much more fun for me than cash. I could play tourneys every single day.
Are they more fun? Sure in that you are playing the lotto with much, much better odds.
Sooner - do you have a ballpark figure of your tournament hourly rate? I know you've won the OK tourny and have a solid number of results. Even with a few big scores under your belt - I would be really interested to hear how you come out on an hourly basis if you have a clue?I just can't get past the frustration of playing a tournament for 8+ hours and then min cashing. I guess I just haven't won enough big tournament scores to continue to want to play tourneys.
