  1. This makes the most sense
  2. So Parr, Lindberg, Majors all on campus this weekend plus possibly Garth, hopefully Hand is ready to put in some overtime.
  3. Mike Roach has said a few times recently that if Texas pushes for Majors they could lock him down, I hope we can get it done this weekend.
  4. As stated above I think he had a couple bad games against Westlaks and North Shore but both of those teams had great defenses this year. He also had several games where he lit it up, I’m interested to see how he does on the camp scene this spring and summer.
  5. It’s been reported that he’s starting to warm up to the idea, after what he did in the playoffs it’s hard not to see him starting there wherever he ends up.
  6. With the emergence of the grad transfer market I’m not as worried but 4 HS OL in 2 years would definitely be far from ideal, 2020 better be a 4-5 man class.
  7. I hope we take Jackson as a QB/Ath put a RS on him and see what happens but Card definitely isn’t a bad take his Jr stats in 15 games 3543 yards 68% completion 50/4 TD/INT.
  8. IDK running the option can be very time consuming.
  9. Doesn’t sound like it, going to be mostly ‘20 and a few ‘21’s. Looks like the staff is targeting the Jan. 26th and Feb. 2nd weekends for the remaining 2019 guys.
  10. A 2021 OL class of Brockermeyer, Fatheree, Conner and Foster would be incredible.
  11. I’m not expecting him to start but Christian Jones being decent depth isn’t out of the question this coming year.
  12. I know he’s most are still expecting him to be another hear away but Christian Jones could factor into the rotation sooner than expected with another off season under his belt.
  13. Isn’t Stone an early Texas lean at this point?
  14. 2 top 2020 DL and maybe the top 2021 DL in the state all on campus in one weekend, did Giles have an extra cup of coffee or something?
  15. I think 875-900 is the ceiling, mid 4* thread.
  16. I’ll eat the crow if Riley can do it again but there’s a big fucking difference in a 4th year Kyler Murray and a 2nd year Tanner Mordecai or 1st year Spencer Rattler (who I don’t think is enrolling until the summer).
  17. The only good thing about Kyle Porter staying is he would force us to save a Scholarship for the 2020 class by taking up another year.
  18. Where have you seen they are actually in contact?
  19. No it’ll pretty much be RS FR Baldwin or a walk-on, the Miller kid is a 2020 recruit.
  20. Texas will be getting ready to play in its 2nd consecutive CFB Playoff when he signs, not going to worry one bit about this.
  21. Perroni has said in recent week their hard cap is 26, so 3 spots and I would think they have to sign atleast 1 LB and CB leaving 1 spot for the 2 commits + Shep and whomever else they might be able to get.
  22. Clemson only turning over 2 assistant coaches in the last 4 years with the run they’ve been on is incredible.
  23. Now that’s some fucking Mensa level thinking
  24. Na I believe it was actually Shariff Floyd, talked to him the morning before he signed and told him he had a dream and God told him he should come play for him at Florida.
  25. From your list on the 2019 roster thread on the football board, we have 85 current (2018 non SR. + 2019 signees) players for 2019. Starting with Shepherd if he sticks we have to lose body for body to sign any additional players for the 2019 class. Of the 85 we currently have on scholarship for 2019 there are 14 seniors, add in 6 pretty obvious spots from 4 year players that could open (Buechele, Porter, Urquidez, Townsend, Boyd, Donovan Duvernay) + 1 of Rising/Thompson +1 possible health (Hudson) that would give us 22 open spots for rest of 2019 + 2020. If we really do go all the way up to 27 in 2019 and all of the above attrition happens that would start us at 17 for 2020 plus whoever leaves between 2020 for playing time, grades, legal troubles etc
