Something is probably going to happen to Kim and Nacho because this is a drama and they are major characters. Among the few for whom there is real suspense because we don't know their fate. I mean, it would be like Breaking Bad ending with the various drug interests letting Walt and Jesse just walk away and retire or whatever. Something big is likely to happen because that's the point of making a TV show.
That's kind of how I was thinking about it. Would be sort of odd if in S5E3 Kim and Jimmy just broke up, and we never saw her again. Maybe - but this isn't GRRRRRMartin.

Poor leadership in the AD that didn't give a shit about doing well in football.
Thanks. Too young to rep I guess so I can only offer appreciation.

Gen Z is going to save this country. As a group, they have a very low tolerance for bullshit...
I hope your right. At my kids' athletic activities, I see the way many parent and worry.

Correct - This is not cops vs. robbers in spite of what her lawyer put out there.
There was no traffic stop in a dark alley and she was not performing any work duties.
She was a citizen just like you or I who had a gun on her (legally unless she was impaired) and has to be held accountable for her actions regardless of the job from which she punched out on the time clock.
That was a shot across the bow to potential jurors in order to muddy the water.
Great post. This seems to be lost on many on both "sides" of this case. Whether or not she was a cop should be irrelevant. If anything, it makes her look worse. She walked into another person's home and killed the occupant. That feels pretty cut and dry to me. If one of us did that not only would there not be exploitative special interest groups but also we would spend most of our remaining days in prison. That feels like the appropriate outcome.

I got hung-over suckered by the Arby's gyro ad on Sunday ... should have stuck to roast beef.

A childhood friend wrote Big Woods inspired by our home town. Worth a read.

Young Ruth maid was worth it. Emma Roberts return is worth it. That writer / director has some real issues with rubber suits. I LOL when rubber man returned.

... maybe the next series is Nacho gets out of prison and fills the void left by Gus ... and his partner / attorney is Miriam Wexler Goodman.

Nacho and Kim are among the best characters, and I think it ends poorly for both. We would have seen Nacho in Breaking Bad, and too much of a stretch to have Kim around during the same time. I think others posted, guessing Kim's demise pushed Jimmy fully over the edge to Saul: from small-time hustler to big-time hustler.

Talking football with aggy is like talking politics with 99.99% of America these days ... reality is an inconvenient truth never acknowledged.

Northwestern's RB just medically retired because of spinal stenosis. He was the entirety of Northwestern's offense, so they should be able to win that one. Also have to think they can beat the dumpster fire that is Illinois. Other than that... maybe they can beat Minny since they get them at home?
Realize random ... never understood why Illinois has never been able to figure it out. Big school, close to Chicago, St. Louis. Feels like should be a good program.

Feels like AD should get A+. I'm more worried about home field advantage, students, etc., than women's restrooms or visitor bands.

Nebraska losing access to "athlete enhancement nutrition" & "partial qualifiers as team walk ons", is having as harsh an impact as Huskers leaving the XII...
Agreed. Nebraska IIRC made its hay under Osbourne recruiting low character, "JC" guys that could get in under Big 8 rules. The XII 1 PQ rule hurt it more than anyone.

Regardless, cops should not be treated differently than citizens. I don't think citizens get 72 hours after they shoot someone to be interviewed.
