Lmfao been on and off the market since April 2019. Everyone else knows it’s an overpriced full gut. Hillbilly Lincoln comes along from Mobilhoma and says, that’s one mighty fine looking piece of real estate. I’ll take it.
I just watched a video from Front Office Sports. It shows a completely renovated home. Maybe it’s fake, but the home in that video is very nice.

The money, the lifestyle, it must be intoxicating.

Weren't those the repeat shots (the ones used more than once) though? I could be mistaken, as I haven't watched since it first went to syndication.
I have no idea, the wife was a fan. I know the house is there, and if I had to guess they shot the opening sequence at that location.
It reminded me of the set for Bonanza near Lake Tahoe. Other than the house not much remains. -

Texas Chainsaw Massacre was awful.
Of course it was. No self respecting Texan treats their chainsaw that way..

Pretty much. I can't keep up with it any more and Facebook is very strict about that stuff now and they will give you 30 to 90 day timeouts. Not worth it.
I award your ability to find a lot of that shit. It’s entertaining as hell to read, and almost always makes me feel better about my own little slice of life..

I'm betting part of the problem is he has pretty high standards for the women he's interested it. Nothing less than the best for Mike, that would be "settling."
I just think he is an asshole without the good job or the Bentley. But he is entertaining…..

Do they still have the book you can sign? One could spend hours going through the names, places and messages left in that registry.

I'm just a dumb woman, but I thought that was one of the points of the movie: that the American west was so much more complex and varied than what comprised the myth and what perspective was extracted for over a century for palatable consumption. (not talking about the scenery so much). That the emotions and motivations were common and similar enough, but that in this movie they run obliquely to archetypes often found in the west. Sorry if that sounded preachy, I found the movie compelling in a sad way, but I am sympathetic to the criticisms because they are not without merit.
Maybe I missed the mark with understanding the movie, like the rest of life, I'm one who doesn't mind a slow start if it leads somewhere....
*as far as location shooting--used to bug the hell out of me as a child to watch Little House reruns and be like, 'um, yeah, that looks a lot more like California hills...' although I think they also filmed elsewhere in the southwest.
I know some of the Little House filming was in South Dakota. The movie set is about two hours off of the interstate in the middle of fucking nowhere.

Not sure why he left Mount Vernon. Relative obscurity, small town living with keys to the city.
80/20 money ego would be my guess.

A lot going on there. I could see myself stumbling across a sound I like, and three days later I wouldn’t remember how the hell I did it.

Greatest American songwriter? That may be a little far.
But he should hold the title of Most Interesting Man in the World:
- Golden Gloves boxer.
- Rhodes Scholar
- Fought forest fires
- Ranger training and Airborne school
- Army helicopter pilot
- West Point Instructor
- Helicopter taxi to oil rigs
- Landed a helicopter on Johnny Cash’s lawn
- Song Writer
- Music Star
- Movie Star
- Grammy Award winner
- Golden Globe winner
- Academy Away nominee
And that's after 30 seconds of searching. A true American badass.
Nothing like a squeeze to the balls to show how little I have accomplished.

Yeah, the Monterey pop festival in June of 67 would be far more accurate.

“WhoopCity” is fucking stupid, right? I know I’ve got orange glasses in but that just rubs me the way that’s it’s legitimately awful.

aggy could come out behind the arc of the covenant, and still find a way to mess it up. Until they win something I will continue to believe they can’t.

I saw them in New York during the Cocaine wars. The only thing I remember is that Iggy is a really, really little guy.
