  1. AD and X just got paid. Happy for both of them.
  2. https://www.statesman.com/story/sports/high-school/football/2024/03/01/lake-travis-football-player-peanut-allergy-attack-carter-mannon-transfers-to-vandegrift-austin-area/72790123007/ Doesn't seem like things were really settled. Hope the kid has a good year at Vandy
  3. I'd rather be on a dog's ass than that guy's crotch
  4. At first I thought it was because I lived in N Austin/Cedar Park that the signal was so shitty. Then I was trying to listen in S Austin and the signal was still shitty. Was there a single place in the Austin metro where you could actually get that station clearly every day?
  5. Murphy with a 33" vertical. 2nd to Fiske with a 33.5". Sweat had a 26"
  6. Watching the replay, it looked like he even slipped a little on the start of his first attempt
  7. Only 1.5 hours in any direction to civilization!
  8. It sucks to lose the trophy this way, but the fact that they did all of this without Rori is remarkable. Vic should at least be in the conversation of Coach of the Year
  9. It was an absolutely stacked opening season tournament. Great reps for all the teams.
  10. Nicole?
  11. They also beat LMU who beat UCLA. we'll see how this year develops
  12. Stanford beat #2 UCLA 3-2 today. They're quickly becoming the early national championship favorite
  13. Obviously early but this one tournament is going to give a glimpse into who the top teams really are
  14. Exactly, chance for a national championship and a full season. I hope she's able to travel with the team as an alternate even if she's not playing
  15. Correct, but in 2025 they'll be in the new Big 12. - https://big12sports.com/news/2023/11/9/conference-big-12-to-add-beach-volleyball-womens-lacrosse.aspx
  16. Thought exercise for the group. With UT moving to the SEC, the SEC now has 3 beach volleyball teams (LSU, USCe, UT). If another school adds beach, that's enough for a conference as Big12 has ASU, AU, Utah and TCU. So what SEC school is most likely to add a beach team? Originally I would have thought Florida because of all the local beach players, but I've heard rumors their indoor head coach doesn't like beach. The Tennessee satellite schools already have two, UT-Martin and UT-Chattanooga so that would be my pick. If the SEC doesn't have a conference, what conference does UT join?
  17. I love that dark mode gives away all of you fuckers who have to use Google to spell words correctly.
