Westside Grill in Quanah on 287 has never let me down.

If you have the time, Palo Duro Canyon is gorgeous. @Nicole44 is from that area.

  2. Have a side business that I am wanting to maximize credit card points. What is the best credit card that has the highest or no limit on redemption as I am spending around $100K a month on credit card which I pay off immediately?

I keep maxing out the point redemptions across all my credit cards and would like to keep getting points (mostly cash back or credit to the account).

    TIA

  3.  The Fund for Peace characterizes a failed state as having the following characteristics:

    We hit 2 of 4.

Maybe we have only deteriorated to fragile state.

In terms of dynamics, fragile states include:

    • Conflict/post-conflict/crisis/war or political transition situations.
    • Deteriorating governance environments.
    • Situations of gradual improvement.
    • Situations of prolonged political or economic crisis or impasse.

A fragile state is significantly susceptible to crisis in one or more of its sub-systems. It is a state that is particularly vulnerable to internal and external shocks and domestic and international conflicts. Fragile states are not only evaluated by degree of fragility but also types of state fragility and threat they pose in to help policymakers to appropriate responses.[4] In a fragile state, institutional arrangements embody and perhaps preserve the conditions of crisis: in economic terms, this could be institutions (importantly, property rights) that reinforce stagnation or low growth rates, or embody extreme inequality (in wealth, in access to property and land ownership, in access to the means to make a living); in social terms institutions may embody extreme inequality or lack of access altogether to health or education; in political terms, institutions may entrench exclusionary coalitions in power (in ethnic, religious, or perhaps regional terms), or extreme factionalism or significantly fragmented security organisations.

  4. We have jokingly but somewhat seriously are considering our options to move abroad. SO is a founder and her team is fully remote. My job is mostly int'l, and I can switch jobs fairly easily so have looked into the Nordic countries. I think most countries only require $250k -$500k investment locally for special visa....Obviously, not viable for all people....
