Just took out a student loan, so I’d probably pay the capitalized interest. Use the rest for my mortgage, investing, or food

Michael Irvin says he spoke with DeAndre Hopkins and said BOB compared him to Aaron Hernandez, and didn’t like that he brought his baby mommas around.

I don’t think his stats in any year would jump off the page to anyone. I do believe he was the most double teamed player in the league off the edge the past couple years

I need Tom Brady with a mullet and Gisele with some Pall Malls getting off the plane

Jesus Christ. I’m not a big NFL guy but I like to think I know who the stars are in the league. Had to google David Johnson, fuck I don’t even know if that’s 100% his right name.
BOB will be know as getting rid of Clowney and Hopkins when he needed to dump Watt, and for bringing in Osweiler. He is torching the team after giving up in the KC game

I screw up too much trying to post pictures, so here’s a link. Got to check out the American Airlines campus in Irving a couple months back.

Started my PPL courses at VT-AAA in New Braunfels this week. They have a Pilot Pathway program that I’m jumping headfirst into at 30 y/o. Was deciding between them and Coast Flight in San Marcos but Coast Flight is completely booked up with people in the American Airlines Cadet Academy. The first week has been nothing but ground school and have already chugged through 5 of the 11 chapters in the Jeppesen book. Pretty damn excited about starting the journey, just read through this thread and there’s way too many crash reports so that’s keeping me pretty sober about the opportunity. Going to try and post in here at the end of every week as a fun way to track my progress and beg for tips and ask questions.

I’ll start the Becky Hammon rumors because I’m not doing anything at work.

The tough games will come, but getting some momentum at the start of the season and winning the games they should is cool with me. Lot of teams right now with losses to directional state schools.

Loving this start

Completely pussed out the last two days in not going to the opening games. Glad the threads are here

The only people who tell redheads they are gingers are faggy white guys whose social skills were developed by South Park.

Awesome shutout. Start this year off right with a sweep tomorrow, show the conference you mean business this year at every stop.

Always good to beat Rice, and to win in Houston. Great start with 5 xbh.

Rich Cincinnati suburbs. And I was joking. Parts of the city are more dangerous than south Chicago.

Not sure if I’ll ever buy stock. ETF/index funds tracking S&P 500 or the total market is enough for me.
Except for Cannabis. I am a sucker and one day will stop.

So I’ve now gone through 4 flight lessons and about 8 ground schools. The last lesson was over Power on/off stalls, slow flight, and steep turns. Managed to get everything lined up and handle the take off on the last two lessons, but had to hand over control on the landings. The 45 degree steep turns messed with my stomach at first when the instructor showed how to do them, but once I got my hands on the controls it went away quickly, just an awesome feeling. Handled the power on stall pretty well according to my CFI just took what felt like an eternity to actually stall when I had rotated so far back. When it did, I pretty forcefully pushed in and recovered quickly. Power off stall felt like it was never going to happen, but it let out a small whimper and then recovered. Preflight inspections coming pretty easy to memory, but my preflight checklist is still taking longer than I like, and and I’m making what feels like pretty embarrassing moves when taxing and have to hand over the controls. There are times I have the pedal all the way down to the floor to try and make a turn onto the runway and I get no change in direction, then I adjust the throttle and I’m way off course cause the pedal is all the way down.
The school is doing its best to have less than 10 people at the hangar or trailer at a time with COVID going on. Just trying to get through as much as I could until any message of closure gets announced.
