Actually two really bad calls....the receiver was standing inbounds when he kicked the pylon, refs called no TD on review. Two plays later the RB had two feet in the end zone, still no TD.

You call?

Never heard of Neenach, and I lived in Southern California 65 years. But yeah, the Frazier Park folks can be interesting...

This was not LA. This was the middle of the desert nothing town.
Frazier Park is up in the mountains off of I5, aka 'the grapevine'. Many pine trees, often snows. No desert.

People who complain about pets, that are generally FUCKING SILENT, on airplanes.
Hmmm...wife and I are on a flight to Munich. By the time we're taxing down the runway, we both have itchy throats, by the time we're airborne, our lungs are itchy. The people behind had put two cats underneath our seats . We are quite allergic to cats. Airlines don't serve peanuts anymore, even though people have a choice what they put in their mouths...but they allow animals that people may be allergic to?

The stores up here in the PNW are claiming that the heat has ruined the harvest, and there will be no roasting here....and I just gave away about 10 pounds of frozen to make room in the freezer.

If I’m in SoCal right now, I’m not resting until there are eyes on Oprah.
Don't hold your breath, she's still in Maui.

I read that there were 13 firetrucks for Lanai, Molokai & Maui islands....the tiny island that I live on has that many.

Before I moved up here 2.5 years ago from SoCal I researched the 'darkness' issue...turns out there is more annual light here due to the very long summer days. Wife and I totally love it here. Some of the locals have condos on the east side to escape the gloom, but the grayness is fine with us. We live on an island, and the wind/clouds are part of the charm. The wind knocking down trees, and the trees knocking out the power, not so much. Generac and a 500 gallon propane tank solved that issue.

JFC! Can you guys take the discussion/agrument of the merits of past presidents to a different thread. For three days I've opened this thread to find your ongoing pissing match. 'I don't want to derail this thread' put here's a couple of hundred words of derailment....

Climbing rope is not made for shock loads. It’s as likely to snap as stretch under that condition. And it can’t even stretch very much at the length required for this application.
Climbing rope is designed and made to take shock loads.
Fuck trump.

Strong rope. Climbing rope.
Nope...climbing rope is dynamic. You want a static rope so that it snaps his neck.

That was a pretty quick build.

Weather @ Laguna Seca was great....thick fog cleared to blue sky as the IMSA race started. The miata race was started in fog so thick you couldn't see the cars on the course, much less the flag stations. We were amazed that race was run. Interesting that there were more spectators at the track on Saturday then raceday. The JDC Porsche prototype was delivered to the team on Tuesday, it first turned it's wheels at the Friday afternoon practice. As one JDC crewman said "it's cheaper to enter the race than rent a course for a shakedown". They did an impressive job just finishing the race. Laguna is a great place, but now it's a 1,000 mile drive for me, not the 300 it's been for decades. Back in August for Rennsport.

Boulder Mountain Lodge is a nice place to lay your head down.

Baldwin was the executive director, the Hollywood star of the movie, and he was on set. Trust me, he was in charge.
For someone who has made numerous commercials, you don't seem to be very observant about what was happening on set. The 1st Assistant Director runs the set. Executive directors have nothing to do with on-set operations. Same goes for the talent.

In this particular case, an armorer was hired specifically to handle gun safety. In a more normal context, failure to check a firearm before discharging it at someone is pretty negligent, maybe criminally so.
It was reported earlier that the weapon held live ammo. Failure to check the weapon is negligent, having live ammo on a set is criminal.

Wait for ordered Sub-Zero is currently 12 - 14 months. I'd go larger on the columns...both of ours are 36". It's nice to have the huge freezer, especially living on an island.

Late 60's VW automatic stick shift beetle - 3 speed that you had to shift, BUT......the clutch engaged when you touched the shift knob. My right knee was guilty of some serious over revs. This POS was definitely offset by the 351 ci bronco with the 4 speed, rear locker, 8 shocks and roll cage.
