  1. Made some dirty rice, all in the pot, last week. with 1/2 ground Cajun sausage and 1/2 ground chuck. I never thought I would get tired of Cajun food until I ate it for 5 straight days. It turned out awesome...for the first 3 days. Sorry, forgot pics.

Just finished up a pot of turkey chili(yes, with beans, sue me, both black beans and kidney). It turned out awesome.

Used 1 lb ground turkey, 1 15 oz can of both black and kidney beans, drained, 2 cans 15 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes, 1 6 oz can of tomato paste, 2 cups of broth(beef, chicken or vegetable, I went with the veggie), 1 whole onion diced, 2 cloves garlic diced, 1 whole bell or poblano pepper(if you prefer, hard to find around here) diced, 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp Tajin. You may prefer to add more or less of each of the spices.

Put pot on saute when it reaches temp, add turkey and lightly brown it mixing often. Once browned, scrape bottom with wooden spoon to make sure none sticks, add in onion and garlic, stir often for a few minutes until onions are translucent. Turn off pot, add in the rest of the ingredients, broth first, mix thoroughly, again scraping bottom of pot to make sure no stuck meat or onions, put on top, set for 5 minutes pressure cook, let it natural release for at least 10 minutes before manual release or let it fully natural release if you can wait, smelling it, that long, I could not. I chose to add fritos in my bowl, for some crunch and shredded gouda for some cheesy goodness.

Hopefully looks a little better than Jade's chili

Sorry, was too hungry from smelling it to take a pre eaten bowled picture. Just imagine a bowl of what you saw in the pot, with fritos and shredded gouda sprinkled on top.

You still are nit reading what I wrote.  It is real simple.  Pronouns and adjectives, learn them.

You said he gives no shits about that kid's health. That kid being a player of his, hence he cares nothing about his players, hence my retort that they seem to love the guy, even though according to you, he does not care about them. Now show me exactly where I missed anything.

They must not teach reading comprehension in Alabama.  I did not say anything about players.

You said he does not give a shit about them. Doubt they would love the guy if that was the case.

Tua is making the right decision.  Cash in now.  Saban gives no shits about that kids health or well being.  He should have no loyalty to him.

True on the first two, bullshit on the second two. His former players, with a few exceptions, love the guy and come back to campus to work out in the off-season.

Huge risk but he had no choice. I’m not sold on his arm strength for the nfl

He has the arm strength and most every other thing needed of a NFL QB, just injury prone and not 6'5". He seems to lack flexibility in his lower body, leading to the injuries so far.

  6. Going to watch others play FFVII Remake. Not going to pony up for a PS4, just for one title. Will do like I did with Witcher 3(which I just got and started playing), wait until it is both on PC and on sale.

The bottom line is you and your league don't have a say or any ground to stand on when it comes to having any position on anything in college football.

Cut out all but your bottom line. My post was about what I want, not what anyone else wants. On here, it is all about what "I" want, that goes for every individual "I" that posts here. As for Bama and their SEC schedule, they have no control over that, they have repeatedly asked to go to 9 game conference schedule but keep getting voted down by the rest of the conference. A few more have joined in, each year but still not enough. Saban has also said he would like all P5 teams to adopt a P5 only schedule. Of course, he is not going to jump on the grenade and hope everyone else follows. Why should he make it harder, when his program gets the benefit of the doubt many times anyway. They have went back to marquee home and home series starting after next year. They have home and homes set up with Texas, Notre Dame, Florida State(maybe by then they will be good again). The two years of the FSU home and home, '25 and '26, they also have Wisconsin('25) and WVU('26) on the schedule.

My last post in this thread, on this subject. I merely expressed my wishes for the results of the title game and my reasoning, then every Dick, Dick and Dick on here wanted to draw me into some form of debate. Bunch of assholes, I tell ya.

Shut up, ur so jealous Clemson will eclipse you.

I am not even in the conversation. The team I follow is in it. One would be stupid to want the competition to get a leg up. You are a moron, if you would feel different when it comes to your favorite team.

Neither are great for Bama. LSU is a nightmare for Texas and our East Texas recruiting.

Of course not but LSU has not won a title in a decade, Clemson 2 in the last 3 years. LSU also loses its generational QB next year, Clemson does not lose Lawrence. Also Clemson has shown the ability to keep its coaches safe from off season poaching. Hopefully Brady ends up taking a NFL OC job or even HC job. He is really the difference in LSU last year and this year.

Eh, that's how the rest of the college football world feels about Alabama.

Clemson winning it all is less damaging to Texas than LSU winning it all, and that's all I care about. But I don't see it happening.  I think LSU will roll 'em up.

Fully aware of the way the rest feel about Bama. I just do not want Clemson to win another and become an even bigger monster. I am kinda hoping this is mostly a one and done thing for LSU. Not that they will completely collapse but if they loses several coaches, along with their generational QB, they will be easier to deal with down the road.
