One of Texas’ Top #LB Targets is Wekiva (FL) #OLB Rian Davis Davis is from Florida and is playing his senior year there.

Davis actually played his first three years of HS football in the Houston area, and he’s very open to returning for college.

Davis took his first official visit to Louisville last week, and has set his Texas official visit.

He will be in Austin June 15th-17th.

He is also very high on Georgia. Davis originally planned to commit this summer, but that likely won’t happen now, as he wants to get some other official visits in before he makes the final decision.

Rian Davis is a certified badass at LB. We really need to try and make that happen.

They're gonna hire jimbo after he beats Saban 5 times in a row and wins 7 nattys, in his first 3 seasons. Saban will be so devastated he'll live out his remaining years in a nursing home mumbling things like "class ring" and "male cheerleaders".

First I thought ... no way he wins 7 nattys in 3 years, but then I membered that aggy already gave Jimbo one. So he is on track for this.

Not sure how long message boards will really be a popular thing. The next generation of middle aged white men should devise a better platform if they haven't already.

The next "better" platform was reddit-style discussion threads, with up voting and such. However that doesn't seem to work all that well for college football discussion, as message boards have retained their dominance for many of the most engaged fanatics, such as ourselves. I would guess that message boards will continue to evolve and remain a thing for quite some time. They've lasted two decades now, which is a very long time in internet years. The Shag lasted a long time in internet years, too. Here's hoping Surly will live at least as long.
