kliff would make me laugh, maybe he's learned something but he's sucked everywhere he's went . he was fucking fired from tech , but hey he's available !

traylor would be solid , as would klieman, but neither move the flex needle

then you have playoff contenders who aren't going to make any sudden moves

kiffin, pretty sure he likes women too much to go to a&m

and elko, who may be wise enough not to go back to a&m

how about 1 used tom herman ?

could be a long coaching carosuel

LOL, In the letter Big10 sent to Michigan as to reason for suspension occurring now:

"The University’s November 8 response does not deny that the impermissible scheme occurred. Instead, it offers only procedural and technical arguments designed to delay accountability. The University also argues that because it believes that others are engaged in decoding signs, there must be nothing wrong with the University’s activities. In addition to impermissible activities of others being currently unsupported by facts, the University’s culpability is not dependent on the actions of other institutions."

Fucking wtf . I've never thought Narcism was a legal strategy but here we are. For those lucky enough to never have experienced it :

    1. That didn't happen.
    2. And if it did, it wasn't that bad.
    3. And if it was, that's not a big deal. <-we were here yesterday
    4. And if it is, that's not my fault.
    5. And if it was, I didn't mean it.
    6. And if I did, you deserved it.

At this rate we're going straight from 3 to 6 by tomorrow by the end ofnthe game

Lots of this has been said, but I will add my voice in concurrence:

    ...

    6. The choice between immediate and delayed consequences, between up-front response and "letting things play out" is a false dichotomy. It is both possible and appropriate to apply an initial consequence with the intent to select a final punishment once the scope of the misbehavior is better understood. Those pushing to wait are really pushing to avoid consequences now (when the cheating is truly bearing fruit) and hope never to face them at all with the passage of enough time.

6 is the big one I've been repeating as well. I don't know why when it comes to football people are all pretending like nothing at all can be done until x,y,z happens but that is not how real life works ANYWHERE else

They can and should have some immediate punishment for the knowns, and can follow up with additional punishments later

The last Civil War widow died in 2020. When she was 21 she married a vet who was 88.

The last person to receive a Civil War pension also died in 2020. She was the daughter of a guy who fought for the Confederacy at first and then went over to the Union side. He deserted from the Confederacy just before Gettysburg where 734 of the 800 men in his regiment died. Her mom was 34 when she was born and her dad was 83. At the time of her death, she was collecting a pension of $73.13 a month.

They talked so much shit about having the buyout money already together years ago. Am I remembering that wrong?

'They' were a bunch of message board people like us, not big fat money big whigs who have to sign checks.

And yes they acted like none of this was a big deal the entirety of jimbo's limbo

I don't know why any position coach with options would go there knowing he will almost certainly be looking for a job in the next 2 years.  They are going to have to overpay with guaranteed 3 year contracts to replace anyone on that staff.

    remember this incident ?

    they'll be fielding O-Line coaches like a G6

  7. I'm not shocked that they can't/won't pay this ridiculous buyout

I am shocked they finally decided to pull the plug on letting aggy common folk think that 'they' were rich enough to fire jimbo whenever they wanted LOL

I guess this means they'll roll the dice on a new O-Line coach , hope NIL can keep the team and class together and pulse check next year

I hope this is a long few years for them
