I didn't watch this game but without Gaston I would have been very worried about this one. Glad we pulled out the win.

Do we know why Gaston did not play?

Beard and Schaefer are very similar with a defense first mentality and they try to ugly up the game.

Yes, it's interesting how similar both our coaches are but to me the ladies seem more fluid offensively. The men don't seem like they know when it's their turn to shoot. I still would like to know why Ramey didn't play much today.

ISU and Kansas State appear to be done for the year, but Texas still has 1 more non-conf game left (Alcorn State) on 12/29.  Everyone except KSU and Iowa State play on a non-conf on the 28th and 29th (pending any cancellations).

Big 12 play starts January 2 for all teams -

    Kansas @ TCU
    Baylor @ KSU
    OU @ Tech
    Texas @ OSU
    WV @ ISU

    Thanks.

Glad we’re not starting off with Baylor or Iowa State, but that @ Baylor game comes up pretty quick though. Was hoping to have Moore back before B12 play started.

Average 66 ppg and allow 59.4. Shoot 42% overall and 35% from three but only hit 64% of their FT. Only outrebounding their opponents by 0.7 per game and average 19 TO per game. Texas is a BAD matchup for a sloppy ball handling team like USD

Texas by far the best team on their schedule

    Excellent. Thanks.

    Let's go horns.
