  1. and hit him, should have been a free throw.
  2. number 23 could be the difference.
  3. I don't think Alabama is winning this thing. They can't maintain 60% FG all game.
  4. 5 of 7 from three-point land!
  5. ...and of. course Ala. gets called for another foul.
  6. 'mama's only chance is to get super hot from 3s, imo.
  7. UConn big men against Edey should be very entertaining Monday night! It will be interesting how the refs call it, considering Purdue doesn't get called for too many fouls.
  8. wow, if NC State could hit a three once in a while this could be a tie game.
  9. I think we will be bombarded with ESPN interviews of at least one assistant of Jimmy V's who is still working in basketball, in his 70s now, Jimmy's widow, who works for the V foundation, and Whittenberg, who works for his alma mater as an associate athletic director. At least one ex-player I am definitely looking forward to hearing from is Terry Gannon, who went on to have a strong career on NBC as a golf analyst. Oh, and how can we forget Dickie V!!! Baby !!!
  10. last time out for Duke?
  11. I knew there was something about this game that reminded me of something. The NC State FG% is eerily similar to Villanova's % in the best, biggest upset in Final game history...I remember exactly where I was to watch that game.
  12. 5 point possession!!! I don't see duke coming back from this,.
  13. just looked it up and she died at age 62! Too young.
  14. long drought ended by Duke, but wow, does NC State look good now!
  15. I want to be that guy when I am that old....as the saying goes...young enough to still want to, old enough to know better.
  16. Keady is my dad's age...born 26 days after my dad. They both turn 88 between now and end of May.
  17. Duke in trouble? still think they win.
  18. on TV a couple of days ago I saw the shot of a very old Gene Keady(sp?).
  19. Duke will win the game, but by how much?
