Has there been waterflood response yet? Just a 2 min look at the rrc website looks like they drilled a well in 17 and production has declined since. So I’ve invested in some working interest on a secondary recovery (water flood) project over the last couple years. The project is in Madison county. My previous experience with working interest is that the tax benefits are great, but you usually get operated to death.
Recovery seems to be going up and the operator is telling me that we are “turning the corner” and the field is almost saturated. Anyone have any experience with water flood projects? Just curious if it’s worth throwing some more money at this year or not.
Just me but their website screams run away.- 1

But after they gave away Hopkins for nothing. He knew what he was dealing with.He signed his extension at the beginning of last season before O’Brien was fired.- 3

That's a whole different thread entirely.
Came to ask this. Only I was gonna ask if you had the sugar. -
Depends on how lean of red meat you're eating. Chuck 80/20? Pass. Filet or NY Strip? All day long.
Just stick to meat (chicken, turkey, lean beef or wild game) and eat green veggies. Cut out the snacking. If you're trying to do low carb, cut out the berries/fruit and eat peanuts/almonds if you have to have a snack. You'd be surprised at how much weight you can lose quickly if you cut out snacking and stopped eating fruits. Fruits have sugar (even though it's unprocessed) and have a shitton of carbs.
Also, don't drink calories. Sparkling water, water, black coffee, zero calorie powerade/gatorade.
If you're going to eat nuts stick to macadamia, Brazil, and maybe walnuts. Peanuts and almonds have a lot of carbs. Also stay away from the artificial sweetener stuff. There's no calories but otherwise your body/liver don't know they difference and acts like it's real sugar.- 1

Add back the red meat and dairy. Check the dressing, sometimes a lot of crap in those even if organic.

I thought you just call that the John Cooper era?Seems we got a respit in the 90's. Between the dissolution of the Soviet Union and 9-11, things were pretty rad. -
Did you get the butcher to cut it specifically or did you go to somewhere la michoacana?pichanha -
I'll take that over these 7 story apartment complexes.

And they said Trump couldn't unite the inland empire and west side anti Vax nut jobs.

I'm pretty sure k&z gets their bagels from new York deli.Bagel Bob's across the street from Stratford is very good. The owner is from Queens, so he knows his stuff.
Houston Bagel Power Rankings:
1) Hot Bagel on Shepherd
2a) New York Deli and Coffee Shop in Meyerland
2b) Bagel Bob's
3) Kenny and Ziggy's on Post Oak
New York Deli makes the best drip coffee in the city in my opinion. -
Well the oil sands are mostly a mining and upgrade refining operation while the heavy oil in California are mainly steam floods.
I’m curious to know/hear more -
Maybe you guys have never been to the heavy oil fields in San Joaquin valley. We are doing the exact same shit in California boys.
There is a world of difference between the SJV and Canadian oil sands. -
Here's the thing and there's no way around it. Major was a lot more clutch and had a killer instinct the Simms never did. It's not his fault really, he inherited it. There would never have been 20 years of this argument if Simms performed even close to what he was capable of.

Get yourself over to the steel shank thread.

Round the rotary has a pretty good mix of topics.

Simms is a good dude and was a good player. However, showing up to jester in a limo your first day doesn't exactly scream just one of the guys.Applewhite was like Tom Herman; had a lot of gutsy upset type wins (probably not as many as it seems) but also shit the bed against teams he and Texas should’ve dominated. His noodle arm limited the teams’ ceiling. Despite the perception, especially by frat boys, players at that time almost unanimously said Applewhite was the divisive one who thought his dick entered the locker room a minute before he did, while Simms tried to be one of the guys despite being the #1 recruit in the country and son of NFL HOFer. -
Probably wins a mnc the last 4 years. Had the chance to play for one but completely shat the bed. Simms was better in every possible way except winning big games.Simms was a superior QB to Teh Major in every possible way. Watching folks attempt to argue otherwise is always high comedy that usually comes down to “but but but meh meh meh Colorado!”- 1

ShiiiiiiiiiitSaw that dumbass Clay Jenkins is closing the Dallas mass vaccination center for MLK day. Good to know COVID takes holidays off. Fucking ridiculous. -
You had me until the talking part.

I never realized how much Mike sounds like Tom before. Also Benmont kinda gets into a Rainman zone there for a bit.
