I admit I don't get it. Sounds like they're describing the embarrassing sloppy drunk freshmen chicks who walk around west campus their first week of school loudly yelling "We get to start over, nobody knows who we are here!" who gets put on academic probation their first semester because they can't handle their liquor. But I guess that's a complement these days, so fuck yeah.

    Those girls were my wheelhouse.

People in West Texas who are inexplicably in the UTC time zone may have felt it, but I live in God’s True Timezone, CST.

Tell me you don't know anything about time zones without telling me you don't know anything about time zones.

And hey....hispanics who right now support team Trump....think that over really, really, REALLY fucking hard. Because that's what think of you, too.  They would happily dispatch all of our brown asses -- citizens, schmitizens -- right this second if they were in power.  THEY HATE YOU.  THEY THINK YOUR MERE PRESENCE HERE "POISONS THE BLOOD OF OUR COUNTRY."  THEY DO NOT THINK YOU ARE "REAL AMERICANS."  Just...fucking....STOP with your support of these assholes.  The hate you, they will fuck you over, and dance for joy as they do it.

    ...

This is the part I never get.  Not just hispanics, all minorities. You think you're safe?  No, you're next.  I never laughed so much as when an Asian woman (no pics assholes) told me "I can't be next, I'm a naturalized US citizen."

Someone unthread suggested just calling it all 44 and let them try to correct it. That would be spectacular.

I actually do something very similar wrt to the lawsuits challenging the 2020 election.  I say 'the R's filed 70+ something lawsuits and lost every single one of them.' And sometimes a 'smart' guy will say, no they actually won one.  Which turned out to be moot.

They're working their ass off on it as we speak.  Trouble for them is she was born in a run-of-the-mill big city hospital at the end of the baby boom which kept just as good of records as any other like it.  Not the fucking Marshall Islands or USVI or on her mom's trip back to India or some shit.

Mom was born in India.  Dad was born in Jamaica.  Met in academia and moved around, to coastal elite liberal bastions like Urbana-Champaign, IL.  So yes, her mother was an immigrant from across an ocean but she was born on U.S. soil-just like Don, Jr., Ivanka, Eric, and Baron.

But not Ivana or Melania, both of whom were born and raised in communist countries. Oh and Donald’s mother didn’t get here until 1930.

Samoa is an independent country, fka Western Samoa. American Samoa is a US Territory, on a separate island. Its residents do not vote in the US Presidential election.

The real path is only with Kamala. And saying "anyone else" feels really disingenuous as you know she is the only option with so little time remaining.

    Nominating Kamala means:

    1. The Democratic Party is being proactive, instead of depending on reactive fantasies that Trump will bury himself somehow. A sign to all Americans that the party is truly concerned for the future of this country.

    2. The age issue completely gets flipped. American voters will have their blinders removed and have the chance to see the age issues and mental decline and overall ridiculousness of Trump due to the stark contrast with Kamala.

    3. Reinvigorates party enthusiasm and fundraising. She can seamlessly run on the Biden administration platform.

    4. Easier to convince and remind voters of the threats to women's rights when Kamala is the face of the campaign

    5. Kamala getting nominated is the only chance to get Trump into another debate, and she has the ability to perform well. If Trump refused to debate her, it will hurt him with some voters. Frankly, I think he'd have to debate her. The optics would be terrible for him otherwise.

EDIT: All of the above is also taking into consideration that if Biden dropped out, he would say shit like "This is a decision that I made with my family" blah blah blah. He wasn't forced out, that he realizes this is the best path to victory and best thing for our country.

This makes a LOT of sense.  Throw in a Taylor Swift endorsement and it's the best path.  Which is why I have no faith this is the route the Democratic Party will take.
