so is obese weight loss in general.
That is not true. If someone is trying to lose weight with a healthy diet and strength training regimen, muscle and bone density loss can be avoided.

You wonder when teams are going to start providing Ozempic for players like this.
Give the kid a year to get to the weight you want him to play at and then see how he develops in practices and in the weight room.
If a team doesn’t see the potential, then the guy is cut off and sent packing.
Ozempic is associated with muscle depletion and bone density loss. Do you really want that for an athlete?

Bill Parker?
No. It's @SydneyCarton's favorite character from American cinema. I was told by reliable sources that this is how @SydneyCarton shows up to social gatherings.

Going 3 for 3 on the transfer DT’s would make the IT handwringing on Baker look completely regarded.
Any handwringing from IT is regarded by default.

He's no Cream Abdul-Jabbar, but would address a major need if he can evolve into a defensive big.

If we felt the need to bring in four DTs from the portal then I’m fine with a pretty thorough housecleaning at that position.- 2

SIAP, I haven't read any of the 2025+ recruiting notes yet.
Just heard on KTLA Los Angeles that the Mater Dei corch was let go or fired or something.
Would that have any effect on our "pipeline" there? -

Kentucky is beautiful and friendly. It's interesting because it is southern, but not nearly as football focused as the deep south.
There are a lot of rednecks, but also a lot of hoity-toities because of the horse racing culture and distilleries.
Like it's neighbor, Indiana, primarily a basketball state.

Thanks for posting this. Because the football board is AIDs.

My most hated athlete of all-time is David Ortiz fwiw. I can be objective. I’ve known of Martinez since he was a recruit because of his status as a homie, but I mean he’s done nothing but show out at the P5 level. Thought it’d be worth it to bring him in since he’s at the top of his game, vs our current RB’s who while talented are still growing/learning. But fuck me I guess.

I know at least 2 “Sharma”s.
Both medical doctors, trace their family back to India 🇮🇳, at least one is Hindu (arranged marriage/vegetarian)…
Not sure if this Sharma is closely related to either of them.
If Josiah is good/great, Bring Him On!
It's not. Josiah Sharma has ancestry from India (Brahmin to be exact), but I believe his immediate ancestry is from Fiji which has a large Indian diaspora population.
