Found the trailer. I wasn't a huge fan, though parts of it were realistic and familiar at the time.

I'm a Seth MacFarlane fan and would love to watch but not going to pay for Peacock. Is there a free version with ads?

The Pentagon Wars was a hit piece.

Harry S. Truman as a Senator was put in charge of ferreting out waste and corruption in the military procurement policies of World War II. As Harry came out of the famously absolutely corrupt Kansas City political machine, he was very savvy as to all the ways money could be siphoned off, and did a great job in protecting the public fisc -

You wondering why a college movie isn't anyone's favorite high school movie?
3 minutes ago, South Austin said:1. The Program was an awful movie. Just horrible acting and writing all over.
2. The Program was about college, not high school.
I never saw Varsity Blues. After watching James Vanderbeek’s “I don’t want your life!” line in a tortured Texas accent during the trailer, I took a hard pass.
I was in High school when it came out and everyone went to see it. Revenge of the Nerds was set in college, and it's been mentioned multiple times.

No love for The Program? I saw this scene in the theater before it got deleted.

But she certainly helped get a lot of great stuff made and helped Rogue One be a better movie than what Gareth Edwards was going to bring.
I'd give Frank Marshall credit before KK.

The nerds at the 4:00 mark are complete idiots. Jesus. Just the worst Star Wars fans beyond our resident Ewok fucker.
SW Theory was the guy that didn't like Andor because it had "bricks" and "screws" visible and didn't feel "Star Wars enough". Not enough pew pew I guess. Sigh...

Don’t think it was the US, not our style and accomplishes nothing militarily (especially since we were the ones who killed the guy years ago). If it was Israel, it would be more precise and we’d already know the target - they aren’t potentially wasting assets to kill a bunch of random mourners for a guy who died years ago. India is pissed at a Iran, but whatever revenge they take over the drone attack will be focused on the drone attack and not mourners of some guy we killed years ago.
Saudis and Iraqis have some solid motives, given who the guy was, but it doesn’t feel like something Iraq would do..
He was a powerful person within Iran, and attacking people who looked up to him could send a message from one Iranian faction to another Iranian faction.
I’d put it at 80% Iranians behind it, and 20% Saudis/somebody else.
I'm guessing The Brotherhood/al Queda

I’m not sure what the percentages are but if you travel around the country you will find many places where it is a button straddle. I’ve seen it in Florida and Mississippi. I had been more used to the UTG straddle.
Louisiana/Lake Charles too

There is little doubt that he deserved the beat down. He has the reputation of being a dick.
I wouldn't be so quick. These bike gangs are well-known to take over and grow crazy. There are many videos of it happening in LA and NYC, including shootings and deaths with car chases and people getting run over.

Also not a fan, but he was very good in Gattaca (great film), and good in Lord of War.

30 years ago I went to a bar and played doubles pool against a couple that included that guy. Well, not this guy, but close enough.
Every damn time it was his shot, he would stop, gather up his stick like a wizard's staff, and pontificate about random shit that had nothing to do with the game.
Sure, he was smart. It was a college bar. Everybody was smart. Everyone was also a dumbass. And he was a big drag-ass damn dumbass. Prolly dean of some foo-foo college now. And bet he still sucks at pool.
It's his job
