Wisconsin is like bad bad. Bama should handle that one fairly comfortably.

I expect OU to put on a show at Temple and curb stomp them so that they can divert all the powerball budget to NIL when the gooners get super excited that this is their year.

I think Tennessee is fools gold again. If you remember last year, the beat all of their weak opponents by 50+, but got shut down against quality defenses. I think the same thing happens this year.

I have a sneaky suspicion that SCar is going to beat Vandy. I don't really know why, but that is what I am going with.

Agree with you on everything except I think the Commodores beat the Gamecocks.  Sellers needs way more help than is currently on hand.

Wisconsin's starting quarterback, Billy Edwards, is most likely missing the Alabama game with a knee injury.  Their chances of staying close are slim.

Florida at LSU - LSU is a 7.5 favorite at night in Death Valley against a Florida team with its back against the wall. LSU somehow lost to them last year in the swamp. I think Nussmeyer is one of the most overrated players in the country, but LSU looks a ton better on defense. I gotta think LSU puts some more nails in Sunbelt Billy's coffin on Saturday.

  1. Fuck the corndogs, I hope the Gata wins an ugly boring 3-2 affair.  They won't, but Billy ball will keep the loss "respectable"
  2. If LSU gets the dub, I hope they score 70 and the Gators look as disfunctional as possible.  Even still a corch killing loss would be cold comfort.

My guess 17-31 Tigers and Billy survives on the old schedule excuses despite looking like luke warm piss.  So worst of both worlds.

Are we sure LSU's defense is that much better? Clemson's offense is bad.

Good or not, the Gators are gonna make em' look like the All American team.

I don't know. You are underrating Kelly's ability to shit the bed. Can Napier shit the bed more? Absolutely. I wouldn't be surprised to see either team lose by three scores.

Like I said, I'd love a win.  But LSU has kinda had our number shoe.

So Nussmeier, who I firmly think is a vastly overrated jag, has 2-3 games where he looks fantastic in a season. Then, Napier can get on a run where he looks like a brilliant coach for 4-6 games. This is a battle of idiot savants. I really have no clue what will happen, but likely a close Florida win causes the most pain for both schools fans... so I'll guess that happens.

That never happened.  The Gators got lucky and the other teams shot themselves in the foot.  It wasn't a big turnaround, it was luck, and Napier has to get lucky to win.  His low low power offense relies primarily of the other team's incompetence.  The Bulls sat in a base defense and guarded the middle of the field.  Billy loves to bunch everything up so it makes it super easy for any competent D.  It's made all the more frustrating by the studs we have at the skill positions.  But nope 12 personnel, lots of motion,  and feature the TEs and hook routes.  It's bad.

There is nothing in your post I disagree. Please pay close to my wording. I said can LOOK like a brilliant coach. There is a reason I called him an idiot savant. The inability to tie ones own shoes, yet inexplicably occasionally solve a quadratic equation does not make one a great coach. Mensa out front should've told ya.

Yeah, but show me a Gator game were you thought Billy looked "Brilliant".  I can't think of one.  Mullen sure he'd show up every now and then and look like a genius, Billy nope.   Even in the Ws we were plagued by sloppy play, shitty special teams, poor clock management, and predictable offense.

This is not a hill I'm trying to die on man. Let me try this a different way.

Sometimes Napier can get on a string of 4-6 games where some media idiots perceive him as brilliant even though he isn't.

Fair enough.  But just fyi he's 20-20 at UF.  The vast majority of the Ws are against heavily outmanned teams.
