For no definable reason, every time I see this guy’s name I think Entrails, not Endries. Entrails has got to be the worst nickname in sports history.

Jack "Entrails" Endries earned his nickname for the way he would virtually disembowel opposing defenders with his power and strength. And literally that one time.

We’re going to have to suffer under a wave of AI generated memes of Hulk Hogan being welcomed to heaven by Ozzy Osbourne, aren’t we?

Hulk wouldn't want have wanted any with Theo.

So you think they dont deserve more than 9.5% of the revenue they help generate?   Its entitled to think they deserve more?

So you believe a player wearing a shirt that says Pay Me What You Owe Me has an intricate understanding of the league economics. We differ on that opinion. I believe they expressed an economically ignorant and entitled position.

How about 9.5% of the net revenue and we can talk. Oh, wait that doesn't exist. So what is deserved for an employee of a money losing organization? You believe they deserve more despite providing a product that isn't profitable. My bosses have always thought different and no matter how much of a cunt they were, they were right. But I am all for everybody working the market to determine their worth. Strike and stop play and we'll see how that works out in the long run. Poke yourself in the eye, won't keep me from seeing the reality. Since I don't sit on an obscene pile of money, my long term economic opinions are irrelevant, and nobody has a clue how it would actually play out. But it sure seems like a poor choice to make right now and kill all the momentum of the last half decade. The general public fish is biting the bait but it ain't hooked yet.

Why are some of y’all (MEN) so butthurt about them wanting to be paid more? It’s not coming out of your pocket. Unless you are season ticket holders and go to games and buy merch. In which case, why would you not want the players you support to be paid more?

I (ME) am against the rampant sense of undeserved entitlement that permeates our society. There's nothing in my stance with regard to race, gender, orientation, or basketball. I apply the same standard to all.

As a cultural zeitgeist, not as some piece of television mastery.

I don't think there is a soul alive that ever thought Friends was groundbreaking television. You're tilting at windmills.

And that cultural zeitgeist is still going. It was big hit with millenials and now Gen Z is binge streaming and identifying with their favorite character.

As a television sitcom about young adults it is without peer in the annals of TV history.

With that physique it's hard to believe he was a high school QB and a college safety and not an offensive lineman.

The irony is that bloated body and ruddy complexion absolutely scream drinking problem.

Willing to strike when the play-offs come around or is it too big a risk ESPN will simply slide in replays of the 2023 World Axe Throwing Championships and Dodgeball.

Their playoffs take place as football starts on all levels. No one would notice the absence.

Never fails and its always hilarious

It's not siding with billionaires to say something isn't owed (or earned).

Something I just thought about a week after seeing this... Was there a scene with a Clark shirt rip/change into Superman? I do not recall one. That's like the most iconic Superman thing there is. Kind of weird.

There was not. I wouldn't hate it if they have Supergirl doing the trope next summer. Look Out!

And both stopped the transfusions based on recent looks.
