This isn't true for me.  I bought my Roku Ultra devices right after the feud with Google started, so I've never had the YTTV channel, and it still doesn't show up in search.  I have always been able to watch it via the regular YT channel, but I'm looking forward to not having to do that at some point.

Interesting. Mine said it was unavailable in the thumbnail for a while but I never deleted it. Eventually started working again.

  2. The integration with the chromecast TV is really cool. I use a roku on my main TV though just out of habit. I may switch soon. I don't like how small and light the chromecast remote is though, the roku at least has a little weight to it.

Also the yttv app has been back on roku for a while if you don't want to access through the yt app.

Again, username checks out. It’s a childish response to accuse someone of being “angry” for losing interest in something. I’ve never been angry at MTV. I just grew up. I came to grips with the fact that music is an aural medium and trying to turn it into a visual medium was a bad idea. It’s not that coupling visuals with the music is bad in and of itself. I’ll never forget the first time I saw the movie Help! I’ve dropped acid and watched Yellow Submarine and The Wall. And The Sorcerer’s Apprentice. But what MTV did was to force artists to be selected and cultivated with the visual image in mind before the aural one. The look took precedence over the sound. That was bad for music. I’m not angry about it. I took part in it. But that’s what happened. It’s just an historical fact.

MTV’s comedy spinoff Ha! and HBO’s Comedy Channel merged to form Comedy Central and that was a good thing.

None of my posts have been about you, I apologize that you thought they were.

I was bitching about it in my late teens and early 20s when it started sucking around the mid 1990s.

So you were angry that you aged out of the audience the programming was intended for? Were you also angry at nickelodeon?

Bad cops AREN'T fired - they're allowed to resign. Which lets them move along to the next town.

And last time I checked, teachers, bankers, and gov't employees (leaving politicians out since they're typically elected) don't make a habit of murdering minorities and hiding the evidence. But sure, bothsides bothsides thin blue line bothsides bothsides.

This is actually quite a problem with teachers who have had inappropriate contact with students. They just resign and move to the neighboring district.
