  1. I’m a die hard cowboys fan, and I think romo’s career has been underrated considering the incompetence he had to deal with. It’s frustrating hearing other fans talk about his career. With that being said, he’s overrated as an announcer. He just is. It was cool at the beginning when he was predicting plays and shit like that, but I cringe at certain things he says more than almost any other announcer. Maybe I’m being overly critical as a cowboys fan. Maybe this isn’t an unpopular opinion anymore. He always does the game of the week, so obviously I’m always watching his game. I’ll give him that. But man. Relax a little bit Tony.
  2. Yeah I think saying 2014 Kawhi is better than 2020 Butler is debatable. At that time Kawhi was nowhere near the player he was at the tail end of his time in SA and beyond. He still had a long way to go in terms of creating his own shot and his shooting in general. I’m not saying I think 2020 Butler is better, but I think it’s a lot more debatable than you think. Also, I feel like we’re kind of underestimating what a healthy Bam is in regards to where he ranks with the rest of the NBA. Miami was plenty talented, and I think they would’ve made that an interesting series if Drogic and Bam were 100% like they were for the rest of the playoffs.
  3. Well 2 of their most important guys got hurt, one to the point where he couldn’t play. But yeah, they just got outclassed and had no business being on the same court with the lakers. It was all a bubble induced fluke.
  4. I’d go Coutee. Watson is going to get his against just about anyone right now, and coutee had 9 targets. A few were downfield.
  5. You’re probably right but I will never put a floor on this group of guys with this coaching staff. A loss wouldn’t shock me even a little bit.
  6. I think there’s an outside chance he gets let go if we look like dog shit against the 2-9-1 bengals. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that happens. But you’re probably right
  7. we really need to go all in to lose this game so we can increase our chances of that #3 pick.
  8. I think outside of last week terry has been fine with smith. To me, he’s the only auto starter in this list. And Deebo just plays too damn hard. He’s like kittle in the sense that he fights for every single inch on every play and doesn’t avoid contact. Dez was the same way. I want my wrs to catch it, get what they can, and get down or go out of bounds lol.
  9. That Tennessee game has one of the highest over unders on the week, and I think Tennessee legitimately has one of the 5 worst defenses in football. 28th in the league against fantasy qbs and wrs, and 26th against rbs.
  10. I guess what I’m really trying to say is I’m not convinced that’s what happening. I don’t think LVE is the type of player that would knowingly do something outside of his responsibilities, knowing his ass is going to be chewed out. I think it’s more likely that he, along with rest of the defense, hasn’t picked up the scheme like they should be by now. You might be right, but I feel like this is the more likely scenario.
  11. And that in and of itself is a problem. Do your job. Don’t worry about someone else’s job. I get that they’re supposed to be a cohesive unit, but do YOUR job. If they’re watching film later and you fucked up trying to cover for someone else’s fuck up, guess what. YOU fucked up too. Just do your job and let the people that don’t get replaced after the season is over. sorry for the rant, but I’ve always hated this weak ass excuse.
  12. For most competent organizations I would call this a win, but with our track record of developing starting pitching, I’m sure we’ll probably fuck it up.
  13. For some reason I never felt like welker was going to break like I do when Beasley gets hit going across the middle. He was built a little different IMO. I could be dead wrong but I feel like welker was like 15-20 pounds heavier. Not that it has anything to do with what you said lol, but I always felt that way when comparing Beasley to other small white wrs. They’re all built to be sturdier, even if they aren’t.
  14. Ha well there you go. It’s definitely never happened to a player that I’ve rostered at any point of playing fantasy football.
  15. Robinson is an auto start with Trubisky. He targets him way too much to sit him. It’s still Trubisky, but he’s the safest of that group in my opinion.
  16. Depends on whether or not points scored matter to you right now. In all my years of playing fantasy football I’ve never had a position player get -3 or worse. But if all you need is the win and seeding doesn’t matter it doesn’t really matter.
  17. There’s one league I’m in where two years ago I was 3rd in points and I missed the playoffs all together because I had the most points against. Last year in the exact same league I was 5th in points, had 3 Monday night football miracles where I won in ridiculous fashion, and I had a bye. I’m a firm belie that this shit evens out over time. Not the same year necessarily, but year to year.
  18. Washington is 9-4 over their last 13 games when Alex smith is their starting qb. 3-1 this year when he’s the starter.
  19. But considering what we got out of Cobb and what the bills paid for Beasley, it was the right move by both parties. But he was absolutely right about how both organizations are run. McDermott is a damn good coach.
  20. Well that certainly takes a lot of the fun out of it. Damnit Drew.
  21. Hey Louis Riddick, is josh Allen deadly when he escapes to the right or what. JFC
