  1. Powell has nothing to do with the wr numbers. That kid's offer from Ohio St. was for safety only for a reason.
  2. Tried to dig around for info on Bru's visit but not one twitter post or pic from Bru, not even any USC likes or new follows. The USC message board is a real well, no replies to the Bru thread or any insiders posting updates on 247 or twitter. This pic you posted is all I could find. This has been a really quiet visit.
  3. Any of you idiots that want this kid, when we have a locker room full of Caden Sterns, BJ Fosters, etc. are idiots and know nothing about what Herman is building. CTJ is right and rightly so.
  4. These kids don't come in 6'4" 245 out of highschool, they come in at 6'3" 210 like Von Miller. He's 6'4" 205 - you put him in a nutritional program like Texas and he'll be 230+ in a year.
  5. And right on cue he muffs it......surly announcer's curse.
  6. I'll take some of Andrew Booth though, that kid is a player.
  7. Yam f'ing Pappoe just laid out Watson on a friendly fire tackle.
  8. Carrington and Damian Sellers, a top 100 lb'er out of Arizona, started following each other. Kids a stud. http://www.hudl.com/profile/9010804/Damian-Sellers
  9. Jimbo seems to be hitting it off with the faculty. Here's a lovely piece contributed by Arnold Luenes: Recent events involving A&M's head football coach and one of his top players has prompted this letter. As an Aggie (Class of 1960), collegiate athlete, sports psychologist, and 53-year faculty member, I am appalled at the behaviors displayed by Coach Jimbo Fisher, who has a decade-long history of coddling an assortment of sex offenders, felons, miscreants and ne'er-do-wells while at Florida State. Twenty-nine of his players were arrested during his 10-year tenure there. Sports analyst Mike Rosenberg has studied university athlete arrests over a recent five-year period and found that Florida State was number 10 on the list (A&M was third). As he further indicated: "Imagine what FSU's arrest rate would be if Tallahassee police actually arrested football players." We are five games into Fisher's troubled (and troubling) tenure in which he has been captured on television pushing and shoving assistant coaches and/or other team personnel and inexcusably grabbing a player by the facemask. These missteps have gone viral to tens of thousands of television viewers. It is my fondest hope that these outbursts have not gone unnoticed by the athletic director and the university administration. I am going to assume, perhaps naively, that the powers that be already have acted so that we might not have to endure 10 more years of this boorish, mind-boggling misbehavior. Perhaps even more ominous in some ways is the prospect of A&M turning once again into a powerhouse reminiscent of the days of Paul "Bear" Bryant, Emory Bellard, Jackie Sherrill and R.C. Slocum. Winning coaches often are given a behavioral and ethical blank check by university administrators, alumni and the adoring public if they pile up the wins. In our case, let's pile up the wins but let's do it with class. Shoving or pummeling assistants and assaulting players is not class! ARNOLD LEUNES College Station
  10. Nothing to see here, completely normal that Bruaninger's bitch and Uncle Foot Fetish are headed to a work out together right after the Demas visit.
  11. https://twitter.com/footwork_king1/status/1043710169908224000 https://twitter.com/Bigoilmoney10/status/1043993643055493121 You really think this guy had to begged by Hamm? He's a part of the side pulling Demas toward aggy. Uncle Foot Fetish is as dirty as Hamm, he may provide "rides" and help, but let's see how much he would do for those kids if there was no financial incentive. He's an Uncle who runs cone drills.
  12. I agree, but those were tough tackles where you're fighting off blockers every play. I'll give credit where credit is due, he played a hell of a game. Teams like Army are obviously beatable, but you're walking out of that stadium with a lot of bumps and bruises. Tough, option heavy teams are a beating for a defense, you have to tackle every play, all night long. You constantly have big offensive lineman chop blocking and trying to drive you to the ground every play. Tough fullbacks and tightends line up every play looking to smash you in the mouth. Those games are a fucking beating. I hope BlowU picks a team like that every year; the effects from games like that linger.
  13. BlowU missed the fucking fg....COME ON ARMY!! What a fucking Saturday.
  14. I can't read any of the .jpg's posted over the past few days and the tweets posted show up as back ground text. Did I screw up a setting? Is anyone else having this problem?
  15. Has anyone checked on Carter? Take a picture with a cell phone and see if he snaps back.
  16. Speaking of Rian, his twitter location is showing Houston.
  17. Thanks, was looking through Kelee Ringo's twitter and EJ did a piece - I should have taken the time to read the 2020 board first. Low and behold, Mensa Tom and the gang are way ahead of me. "UT cornerbacks coach Jason Washington was by to see Ringo last week, and the two are forming a strong relationship. Ringo’s defensive backs coach at Saguaro (AZ) is none other than former Texas cornerback Bryant Westbrook, who has been selling the Longhorns hard. By the way, Beck coached at Saguaro before making the leap to the college ranks, so there are some key ties in this one. Ringo is looking to visit UT this summer. " It's 2020 info, but pertains to this so I posted. They are kicking ass and laying the ground work beyond this year in Arizona.
  18. Arizona is loaded by Arizona standards for the 2020 class - they have 3 5star players alone, Texas only has 2 currently. Hopefully, we've maximized anytime spent in Arizona by also beginning relationships with the coaches of the 2020 kids. I dug around a bit trying to find any coach visits to Arizona to see if we have spent time there but to no avail. Does anyone know if/when we visited Arizona?
  19. Guess we should have told NaNa's Dad that before he went off and graduated from UC Davis and Stanford med. NaNa didn't grow up with a poster of Rudy on his wall, he grew up loving and watching Stanford. That was his dream school but they never offered.
  20. It's not going to happen, just like UH will never feel like a college town. There's almost 4 million people in Los Angeles, they can't change that no matter how hard they try. When you go to USC, you play in a city that has 10 professional sports teams, there's no way to "college town" that. I'd like to see that sell in the second most populous city and home of the Lakers, Dodgers, Rams, Angels, Chargers.........they even have two hockey teams. USC is loved in LA, there's no doubt - but it will never be a college town.
  21. That's not a new drink dude - it's called an Angry Moon, you're just switching out the cider and white Belgian. After you're done mixing your pussy with your wife's, mix some Guinness with the Belgian and have a black and blue or you can mix the cider with Guinness to make a Snakebite.
