I think Sark probably would’ve favored Buchele over Ehlinger

I think this is correct. Sark values scheme and QB decision-making over any of the Herman "lunch-pale-corch-on-the-field" bullshit.

It's extremely evident we have far more players catching passes in space than any time during Herman's tenure, where we had, what, 2 plays of 50+ yards?

Been reading up on this stuff all day for the first time. It looks like we probably are moving conferences after this season, meaning I’d be wrong. Seems like the political hurdles aren’t as high as I thought. Also I was equating this to the Meyer hunt, but I guess trying to predict the actions of an individual person is very different than predicting the actions of large institutions. Whoops.

    Don't get offended, brother

Called endorsements. They handle the business end of these players.

In exchange for this they direct their players in the right direction to maximize their profits.

Helps Texas or hurts then depending on the position and the success

All Ole Miss had to do in this game is fall on the ball and they would have won. A&M scored 7 points on a fumble. A&M's offense only scored 17 points and another 7 points came off great field position.

This is why even bad teams like Arkansas, Miss State, Ole Miss, and South Carolina all have a shot to beat A&M. A&M's offense can't score. The Auburn gameplan of being very conservative on offense to limit turnovers is how you beat them. Just don't give them points from turnovers/bad field position and A&M can't score.

It will never not be funny A&M hired a relic of a corch to teach dem der players how to play SECx3, hand-in-the-dirt, two-tight end, smashmouth offense right when Alabama and LSU were moving to modern spread attacks.
