  1. Until the philosophy
Which hold one race superior and another
    Inferior
    Is finally
    And permanently
    Discredited
    And abandoned
    Everywhere is war
    Me say war

    That until there no longer
First class and second class citizens of any nation
Until the color of a man's skin
Is of no more significance than the color of his eyes
    Me say war

That until the basic human rights
    Are equally guaranteed to all
    Without regard to race
    Dis a war

    That until that day
    The dream of lasting peace,
    World citizenship
    Rule of international morality
Will remain in but a fleeting illusion to be pursued,
    But never attained
    Now everywhere is war
    War

What’s that pfe play mean? Asking bc I got in on their dip this week.

The chart is lining up nicely. To my novice eye everything looks good for a small option play. It dipped below 36 earlier just took the closest out of the money option available. Beyond is definitely possible.

    PFE 36c/37c 7/17

Secured my XSPA investment and a little profit ($0.89 - $1.20), leaving the rest for the boom boom when the location PR comes hopefully tomorrow/Friday. Increased my ALPP position. MARK position is small, but looking good and waiting for tomorrow's Vegas reopening

Wish I had seen your XSPA post earlier. Looked as good as anything to throw money at today.

  4. Sold the best I’ve ever done today.

Had BUD 45c and 50c both 7/17. Was in at avg cost 1.16 and .8 respectively.

Also sold the last of GM 28c 7/17 avg cost .35.

Currently holding some USFD 22.5c 7/17 avg cost .9. Not sure about volume here. Think it hits that strike no problem?

Been thinking about MOMO 21.76c and 23.26c 7/17. I just have no fucking idea about China. Talk me out of letting it ride?

Rode my bike over there when it started. Not sure but there may have been outside agitators from Prosper and Little Elm.

Got thirsty for a beer and couldn’t find the bricks so rode back home before the march.

They brought me in years ago from even further out. Been scoping and preparing the area. PM for brick locations.

So let’s bring race back into the equation.

We have documented incidents of white cops being racist and killing unarmed black men. As a result, the prevailing thought is that all cops are bad and white people are racist. At best, SOME cops are good, based on personal interactions or family relations.

We have documented incidents of black people acting like violent criminals. Yet, the same transitive properties don’t apply. We don’t label all black people as bad based on the actions of some. We accept that, on a whole, black people are unfairly treated based on the actions of the minority of the population. This is a broad stroke applied that doesn’t necessarily have the benefit of personal interactions or family relations.

This seems hypocritical and an argument based on emotion.

I’ll bite. Race should be included in any honest discussion. It’s the reality of the situation.

You asked right wing republican not racist. So I’m not saying 90% of cops are racist. Def not 90% of white people. Cops are held to a different standard. Or at least are meant to be.

We have documented incidents of black white brown whatever acting like criminals. They didn’t take an oath to anything. Certainly not meant to uphold justice or the law. Some people do label black and other groups of people bad. Sometimes based on absolutely nothing.

Hey guys remember neither Biden nor Trump are great and therefore are the same.

Just want a return to normal huh. Normal to me growing up and these kids running these streets is what you’re seeing. A struggle everyday. I know that’s hard to fathom for some of you.

Joe Biden paved the way for a DT. His rhetoric and actions before Trump was even thinking about being president is Trump lite. Name drop 94 crime bill just to hear some more excuses. Admit the mistakes. Don’t cover them up.

He will be owned by Bloomberg and friends out the gate. Like he’s always been. Such a great track record there esp regarding race relations. The stop and frisk guy. You can’t make this up. It’s behind the scenes with Joe. Trump is mask off.

Joe Biden sent friends of mine to war. Kids of this generation died needlessly. There was no war to be had. Joe thought so tho. Bet he got paid for that vote so it’s all good.

Biden was the VP of an administration that deported now family members. The only father figures my wife ever knew were rounded up separated from their families put in a cage or two along the way and shipped off back where they came from. I’d expect nothing different from Trump.

Joe thinks some grass should land you a rap sheet. Anyone had family members locked up for a plant? Destroyed lives. Unacceptable.

Did Joe give a fuck about the debt I incurred while in college? No he laughed and said so what. The insurance I was without and could of used while in college? Nah still doesn’t care about that for the next generation.

These are some of the things that matter to me. Someone tell me where they are different. Lip service? Take that with you I can handle it by now. Y’all think these kids out here struggling are going to vote for Biden keep dreaming. They know they can accomplish more by looting a target. That gets more attention than their lives. How sad.

Good news is Joe will prob win anyway. Bad news is win or lose he’s an inch away from fucking it up and paving the way for DT 2.0. But at least it’ll be back to normal. Make America 5 years ago again. We really had our shit together there.

Look username checks out. It’s dropout time. Everything. General strike. Y’all want peaceful change stop showing up to work. That’s the only play. We won’t do that tho. We want normal. The normal that’s been silver spoon fed to everyone since birth.

Serious question: How many Right wing/Republican voters do you estimate are involved in looting stores, rioting, destroying cities or part of these organized domestic terrorists? Let’s leave race out of the equation.

Rioting destroying cities and part of organized domestic terrorism? About 90%.

    We talking cops right?

No he didn't, at least not in what you quoted. He said there were political terrorist movements. That is not the same thing as calling you, me, or even random Joe Blow on the street a political terrorist. It's like saying is acting like an asshole, or said/did something racists. It doesn't mean that individual is an asshole or racist.

And the political terrorist movement he is referring to is voters of Bernie fucking Sanders. Of which there were a few on this board.

Bernie Sanders was the compromise. Not the leader of a terrorist movement.

I mean....all three of us could stand to lose a few pounds.....

But yeah, I'm pretty good with standing by proposition that the Bernie movement and the Trumpism movement have a shitload of terrorist aspects to them.  The point I was making in THAT political post was about Bernie supporters, and their actual threats of causing harm if we didn't acquiesce to their political demands ("nominate Bernie, or else we'll do everything we can to make sure Trump is re-elected").  You know, standard terrorist tactics -- give me the political result I want, or I'll inflict harm.  So, yeah, dude....it was a metaphor, and an apt one in the context used.

But maybe you prefer to stand with 1) a president who told cops to commit acts of brutality, 2) a police union head who thanked Trump for giving them the green light to commit brutality, resulting in 3) a member of that EXACT union....committing an act of police brutality that has lit our country on fire.  We don't need to play 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon to get there.  We can get from the Floyd murder to Trump encouraging brutality in 2 degrees.

You're right.  I'm silly for comparing that sort of sequence to terrorism.

So the standard goto now is just say you must stand with Trump? Fuck Trump. And fuck Joe Biden. Neither stand with me or any minority community.

Holy shit. That was your gotcha? Brisket not calling anyone out, not referring to a single poster? Not even calling non-Surly individuals a political terrorist? That is some extreme weaksauce.

It’s not a gotcha. I said he called posters here political terrorists. And he did. Sorry if his balls are in your eyes and you can’t see.

The same voters who are probably referred to as Antifa or the radical left by the William Barr’s of the world. He is no different.

  12. 29 minutes ago, Brisketexan said:

So, in summary....you don't have any support for the proposition that I characterized anyone who disagrees with me as a "political terrorist."  Cool, cool.

Continue to excuse decades of police brutality -- that seems to have worked out BRILLIANTLY for us.

Yep.  I can't POSSIBLY see why millions of voters would be ripshit pissed at being given a choice between which political terrorist movement to vote for.  That's AWESOME!  We should be GRATEFUL for the chance!

Bernie's a lot like Jesus, I guess.  I like the guy....but his supporters have a sizable faction that sucks.

I knew what I was getting even wading back into this thread, and I'm utterly unsurprised.  Y'all keep on keeping on.

You’re a mix of William Barr and Chris Matthews. Own it.

    ????

And, I mean, yeah....if your opinion is "I support a guy who tells cops to violate the rule of law," then....if the white sheet fits, wear it.

My opinion is you are no different than him on the issue so what the fuck are you going on about.

I will waste my time and quote you if you admit beforehand that you equating posters to “political terrorists” makes you no different than what you proclaim to hate.

  14. 19 minutes ago, Brisketexan said:

Chances of this admin using this for pure political opportunism.....is there a percentage higher than 100%?

Fuck 'em.  They sowed the wind.  Now reap the whirlwind.  Barr literally works for a man (and make no mistake, he works for Trump, not for us), WHO OPENLY CALLED FOR POLICE BRUTALITY.  A man WHO FEATURED FRONT AND CENTER AT ONE OF HIS RALLIES, a police union head -- and not just of any PD, but the ACTUAL PD that murdered Mr. Floyd, and praised Trump for "taking the handcuffs of of police" so they could do what they want to do.

Barr works for the poisoner-in-chief.  Fuck him to hell.  Fuck them all to hell.

Coming from the guy who called posters on this site “political terrorists” for having the audacity to voice their opinions.

LOL at every one of these idiot millennials who bring up the 94 crime bill as a reason not to vote for Biden, as if they were aware of the condition of the cities at that time.  Go look at the crime stats from the 80s and early 90s - there's a reason that bill had bipartisan support including from the black community.

Of course, these woke millennials would have to look it up because they were still in diapers and had no clue what was going on.

Every one of these woke dipshits who criticize the crime bill would have voted for it themselves if they were actually living in the cities at that time.

    Pathetic
