As usual, analysis paralysis has set in. The group has also grown by four. Since coming in from Denver airport, we've ruled out Steamboat as too far up and back down to Winter Park. So now the options are:

    1. Spend 3 days in Golden, then the next 4 in Winter Park.

    2. Spend 3 days in Grand Lake, then the next 4 in Winter Park.

    3. Spend 3 days in Breckenridge, then the next 4 in Winter Park.

We could probably deal a bit with crowds. We have several folks who aren't all that mobile/active (either old or have infants or health shaky( so strolling thru a town would be appreciated.  The other folks are very active: hiking, rafting, paddleboarding, etc.

The input from everyone has been incredible. It seems like any of these three options would work.

Stay at one of the dude ranches in Grand Lake. Neat little town, easy access to the lakes, RMNP, etc.

Not as noticeable when you have a D1/future NFL QB and several D1/future NFL players playing against D3 level competition.

It makes all the difference in the world when you're playing against the big boys. Ask Charlie Strong and Tom Herman.

So those teams lacked discipline? You've declared his teams always have a lack of discipline, just want to confirm you followed his teams at Jackson State and that they were undisciplined.

This is the lack of discipline that will always kill this dude's teams. He needs to grow up and force change, because if his own kid is that undisciplined then it's a direct reflection on him.

Were his Jackson State teams known for a lack of discipline when they won their conference his last 2 years there and went 23-3 & 16-0 in conference during that stretch?

yeesh. Are we sure any of that is real? If so...

First, that 'ad' is fucking terrible and shameful.

Second, I understand the desire to just demolish and destroy right now if I'm Israel.

But third, you can't arrest someone and destroy their building/means of living for a really, really shitty 'ad'.

People saying, "Why didn't the Palestinians just save up some money and leave?" are missing the fact that half the people in Gaza live below the poverty line, and Israel has the entire place blockaded, including the ports.  Egypt is the only other border Gaza has, and Egypt won't take them because they can't deal with 2 million refugees and they don't want to strain their relatively peaceful relations with Israel.  So, how exactly were these people in Gaza supposed to leave?  Swim to Greece?

These same people are the ones that have stockpiles of weapons at home as part of the well-regulated militia, have a Come and Take It flag flying at home and a Don't Tread On Me bumper sticker on their dually truck.

    They're fucking morons.

Who told you that?  The nice man that pulled a gun on you.  What else did he tell you?

maybe they've invented bombs that wipe out Hamas fighters but not the hostages they're guarding?

Beyond all this, look at the hardware used.  Much of it was western gear.  AR's, body armor, helmets, etc.  Where'd that come from?  My guess is left over gear from Afghanistan.

    Thanks a lot, Biden.

That's always a possibility. But you don't quit fighting cancer becuase you're sure it'll come back worse. If that's the case, Israel should just dissolve itself and evacuate it's citizens. And the PA seems preferable to Hamas, so there is the concept of incremental improvement.

Yeah I'm just saying a win isn't really win here.

But I disagree that Gazans will be inclined to move to a softer stance after Israel is done with them. They'll become more extreme.

There is no win here for Israel IMO.

I'm sorry, tweets arrive two hours later in California and also force people to immediately jump to the end of the thread and post old news without being allowed to read the entire thread? Tell me how that works, exactly, becuase I didn't realize The Internet was tape delayed in certain areas.

    do you have aspergers?

You're not wrong. But I'm guessing the "win" by Israel will be the removal of Hamas by Israel.

Which will create a vacuum that will be filled by something just as (is 'more' possible?) extreme/violent.

I will apportion more blame for the loss of Palestinian civilian life to Hamas than to Israel.

If we could back a bit further in time, the blame for this entire sad history of fighting, death and despair rests with those countries that decided they didn't want to deal with the Jews and decided to create the state of Israel. It was a colossal mistake. Pretty much every move made by a Western power in that part of the world has been a mistake.

I'll add that the "baby beheading" absolutely matters to Bibi and his PR team -- because it's a gruesome fact that scores them "style" points with the world. "See the animals we're forced to deal with here?"

That's a double-edged sword. He touts himself as the best choice for a secure Israel and he failed miserably at protecting those babies.

He's going to take the fall for this intelligence failure.
