Are you daft, man?  I already said I'm not naming my source.  CIA veteran at high level under multiple administrations and who will share stuff with but certainly not to blab about it here (which is partly why I've tried to keep some of what he told me corroborated more publicly).

This is why nobody is giving you any grace. Such a person certainly isn’t sharing anything with you, and if they are, they can’t be trusted in the slightest. First, the simple fact that they shared it is likely treason. Second, their poor lack of judgment in trusting you to keep your mouth shut indicates they have a terrible sense of character. Both of those facts make the rest of us think you and/or your friend are full of shit.

I’ve always hated that line.  Makes no sense.

Well, that’s not exactly the lyric

Should’ve known somebody would’ve beaten me to that

That fucking asshole cop tried to kill the dude twice. First, at the 15 second mark, he tries to trample straight over him. The horse clearly did its best to NOT crush the guy. Same cop circles around and tries to get him again at the 30 second mark. Again, dude is probably only alive because the horse was careful not to step directly on the guy. If that cop had his way, the guy would be dead, and that horse would be getting euthanized right now.

  4. 17 of 17 … if not being exact. Like, not Walmart, but a retail store. And surprisingly, not a boat, but many times on a jet ski. Lot of overlap too. Like, closet, bathroom, washer/dryer, friends bed … could all double up with being at a party.

Yes, I have plenty around my yard. Just never seen one with spots.

So, yeah. Apparently you've never seen a gecko

A total of 40 aircraft are known to have been destroyed – A-50s, Tu-95s and Tu-22M3s.

TU-95 - estimated cost $100,000,000 each for the modernized versions

stimated 60 are in service, er, were in service

A-50 estimated to be 8 in service, cost $300,000,000

    A-50 is the AWACs copycat

TU-22 bomber, estimated 60 in service, estimated cost $300,000,000

Holy crap, that is roughly $8,000,000,000 in planes

128 planes and 40 DESTROYED. This does not include the others that have been destroyed already, or maybe it does. psyops

HUGE MASSIVE blow to moscovian air force

The current commander-in-chief of the moscovian Aerospace Forces, which includes the moscovian Air Force, is Colonel General Viktor Afzalov. He assumed the role on October 20, 2023, succeeding General Sergey Surovikin.   He will probably be visiting a hospital with stairs and windows very soon.

Not trying to downplay how massive and awesome this may be, but where are you getting confirmation of 40 aircraft destroyed? I saw the reports saying 41 were targeted, but I’ve only seen a handful severely damaged/destroyed. Is “41 targeted” just a bad translation (and actually means “hit”)?

That really is an incredible service. Human remains are a fucking mess. Starts bad then just gets worse and worse. At the least the body evacuates all waste, then bacteria goes wild.

Oh, no doubt. I just thought the picture of the chalk outline in a living room, the Seinfeld theme song, the Newman references, etc was hilariously cringeworthy.

Agree, but unfortunately it’s just not that easy. My FIL is a retired ag economist who has spent his retirement years working tirelessly on hunger issues. He is primarily responsible, although he would never take credit, for the success of the food bank in his community. One of the things he works on is getting food to food banks that would otherwise wasted. We’ve had long conversations about this exact type of scenario and how frustrating it is to see food get wasted. The logistics of getting this food out of the grocery store, into temperature controlled transportation and into storage at a food bank all during what is an irregular operations situation is highly difficult. Not that it can’t be done, but there’s still inevitably going to be waste and it’s not as simple as calling up the food bank and saying “come and get it!”

Fair, but counterpoint, it’s HEB. They’re kinda notorious for disaster planning. If anybody could have this shit figured out, it should be them. I’d imagine they do, and they just got caught flat footed with this one. Sad to see, but I bet that’s a pretty rare occurrence for them.
