I guess you didn't click the AP article where the house just passed the bill yesterday. It won't get through or anything. The house just wants one thing to hang it's hat on and pretend it tried to do this year.
Just saying you may want something more recent regarding the impact of the change.Â

I'm in no way advocating anything. Just pointing out the absurdity of their comments.

Those n..... cunts should be lynched. It's ok, I checked the dictionary before I posted and they're in the dictionary, ergo not racist.

2 year-old article. Thanks for the update.Â

Sorry to interrupt your circle jerk, but Steve Scalise would like to have a word with you.Â
I agree. The sitting President when Scalise was shot should be impeached.Â

Interesting that he never gave names or physical descriptions of the Congresswomen that were the subjects of his tweets. Yet everyone is assuming precisely which ones they think he is talking about. Ever stop to wonder why that is?  Now, who is making assumptions about race?
He didn't give names or physical descriptions. Yeah, so no idea who he could be talking about. May also want to check on his follow-up tweets. And then you follow-up with a poll identifying those Congresswomen? Negged.

what about foreign students who are here for 4-6 years? Or even tourists here for 3 summer months? Or 25 million people who walked across the border last week? Does it end? Or are there limits to all persons?Â
To answer your question, no there are not limits to all persons. You want it changed, you'll need a constitutional amendment. Do you want me to let you know the process?

Do you know who is required to complete the Census? If you do, you can answer that question yourself. If not, do some research.

I think the Supreme Court should decide if flooding your state with illegal immigrants should be rewarded with house seats and federal dollars. I don’t believe that was the founder’s intent.  You do.
You believe their intent was to include citizens of England and France.  Let the Supreme Court decide on the disenfranchise issue.Â
I stated this earlier in the thread. You are asking the Supreme Court to rule that the Constitution in unconstitutional?Â

Never mind. I stand corrected. Illegal immigration has never existed in the past. Mea culpa.Â

That is your opinion and needs to be taken to the Supreme Court as illegal immigrants and asylum seekers didn’t exists at the time. Agree to disagree.Â

IRS Admits It Encourages Illegals To Steal Social Security Numbers For Taxes
This time, he was talking about illegal immigrants, and about the IRS turning a blind eye. Or maybe worse. The IRS actually wantsillegal immigrants to illegally use Social Security numbers, he suggested. IRS Commissioner John Koskinen made the surprising statement in response to a question from Sen. Dan Coats, R-Ind., at a Senate Finance Committee meeting. The question was a touchy one. Gee, is the IRS collaborating with taxpayers who file tax returns using fraudulent information? It wasn’t put exactly that way. According to Senator Coats:
What we learned is that … the IRS continues to process tax returns with false W-2 information and issue refunds as if they were routine tax returns, and say that’s not really our job. We also learned the IRS ignores notifications from the Social Security Administration that a name does not match a Social Security number, and you use your own system to determine whether a number is valid.”
That is my opinion?  It’s in the Fucking Constitution. You want to play the intent of the Founding Fathers game. Ok, so the 2nd Amendment is now fair game. Am I allowed to surmise their intent with regards to the right to bear arms?

a census always undercounts people . Aside from allocation of resources, the game both sides are playing is the EV. Granted, TX and CA probably cancel each other out but we still have FL and NY. It's marginal, the effect on the POTUS election but still there. In principle though, since the Census does affect POTUS and HoR, it should only be for citizens. Other agencies can count the people for food banks and other government efforts, but the Census should be sacred.Â
So you want to only allow citizens to be included in the census counts in determining representation, in direct violation of the Constitution. Fucking fantastic!  Can we add a question asking how many guns you own, legally and illegally, while we’re at It?

So you say privatize everything and then talk about how people lost their 401(k)s and pensions in 2008. This does not compute?

you live in the DSA echo chamber and are displaying the bread and butter play when getting smashed: attack the source. DD was right about the US assets (you see how I acknowledge the other side's point?) are more than our national debt (22 Trillion) and are reported at around 128 Trillion, but we still aren't wealthy and it isn't right we add on more government interventions when this same apparatus is responsible for spending us into a death spiral of unfunded liabilities to the tune of 210-220+Trillion Dollars.Â
And you want MORE intervention?
Â
More sources below. Now the burden is on you to discredit the claim of US unfunded liabilities, but you can't so carry on with your NPC-DSA echo chamber response. Good Day.

P.S. Socialism sucks and I'm still against reparations.Â

If this is the case, doesn't it warrant a tax increase?

Actually, scratch that. If you live in a state with a bunch of bullshit gerrymandering, only include yourself, otherwise, include the pets.

If you're in California or Texas, include your pets on the census. If you live in Alabama, Georgia North Carolina, etc, only include yourself.

If the law doesn't apply to elected officials, why should it apply to you.

Alabama v. United States Dep’t of Commerce
June 7, 2019ÂSummary
The State of Alabama filed a lawsuit against the Commerce Department and Census Bureau, challenging the Bureau’s policy of including all U.S. residents in the Census count used for apportionment.
The suit argues that including undocumented individuals in the population count will deprive Alabama of its “rightful share of political representation,” as well as cause the state to lose a congressional seat and an electoral vote to a state with a higher number of undocumented individuals. The state contends that counting undocumented individuals violates the Constitution’s provisions governing congressional apportionment and the electoral college, as well as the federal government’s constitutional duty to conduct an “actual enumeration” of the population. The suit further argues that the policy of counting undocumented individuals is “arbitrary and capricious” and “contrary to law” under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).
The state is asking the court, among other things, to bar the Bureau from pursuing a total population count for apportioning congressional seats and electoral votes and to declare unconstitutional any apportionment of seats and votes based on total population.
On June 5, 2019, the court denied the federal government's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, allowing the Plaintiffs to proceed with their claim that including undocumented individuals in the population count used for congressional apportionment violates federal law.Â

So, they are basically claiming that the Constitution is unconstitutional?

Easy. First example is your state. Your government just enacted free illegal immigrant health care without a vote of the people without having any clue how many illegal immigrants actually reside in the state. They have given a fairy tale estimate of 98 million dollars. Based on what exactly?
With 12% of the population but 1/3 of the country’s welfare recipients, how is this policy going to help the struggling citizens?
How will the citizenship question provide the number of illegal immigrants in a state?

Right, a gay Asian immigrant is now alt-right. Plus he didn't run away because pepper spray was sprayed in his eyes and he couldn't see. Nice of you to admit that it is the so called "alt-right" (i.e. anyone that disagrees with you buffoons about anything) that is getting attacked by the SJWs though. At least you got one thing right.
An immigrant that is a US citizen, born in Portland.

If it is a high 7 figure Estate, this is not a small Estate. Doesn't sound like a complicated estate, but with the dollar amount involved, it's not that simple.

I would say a good number of the anti-Trump posters here are centrists. I definitely lean left, but don’t agree with many of the policies of the Progressives in the Democratic Party.Â
