  1. I haven't made up my mind, so talk to me. I don't follow CU closely. How are things looking this offseason? Is the expectation that OL will be better and give Shedeur more time to make plays and stay healthy? Are they continuing to play Travis Hunter on offense and defense? Has overall depth/talent been added through portal and recruiting?

Chewy got upset but I am following your thoughts. We know nothing about this team with their attrition. Vegas doesn’t really know even their next game. It was off the board last week before the portal opened. Maybe it is now. I love me some Deion but if they get 5 wins in the B12 plus September gimmes that’s a win for them.
  2. Forecast holding at midday to nighttime thunderstorm chances at 90% with ~2in of rain and massive lightning.  Glad Belmont is holding its dick on this one.  Just seems like a curious flex on their part with so many families only being able to afford this one game planning their whole weekend around it.  Seems like something Patterson would do, not CDC.  I guess the upside is a metric ton of booze will be sold while people wait out the mandated lightning delays.  Nobody's being a pussy, it's just a fact they can't play in lightning.  It's just not allowed, so they should release something tomorrow so we can all start to plan around the new game date/time.

Are you upset with cdc over weather that may or may not happen in 48 hours for something that has been planned for months?

their decision to become a diploma mill will eventually see the ascendance of the 2%ers.

I dont know man, I am thinking they may need to add on to the stadium in a few years when they hit 200,000 students.

Q: How many Aggies does it take to build a Bonfire?

A: It depends. How many are you looking to get rid of?

I used to think that was too dark. But for assholes like this "Aggie Dad," it seems like a simple truth. I mean, I certainly sympathize with the families who needlessly lost loved ones for a fucking football game, but its the hidebound Aggie mentality that caused that loss that really needs to be burned to the ground.

I felt the same way on the dark jokes.  Not now.  If they bring it back all bets are off.  Aggy likes to have it both ways, "Do it for tradition, damn the people who died!"  and "That is horrible you making a joke about those 12 people who died!"

Is Schlossnagle an option…or is that a “Hell no”?

He may call in sick tonight.

Replay tonight at 7P.  Just hit the record button to hear the excuses flow.

Tulo would be a worse hire than the feel good story of Rodney Terry.

Vaughn at Bama would be a super good recruiter and is a good coach. Canham and Bakich are great too.

I hate the guy but Vitello is a hell of a recruiter but again fuck that guy.

Bama's old coach Bohannon is available.  Plus, he would lobby for casinos in Texas.  Win-win.

Right because who won that NBA finals?

Have they put up that statue of Jordan playing baseball in front of the Toyota Center yet to thank him?

One Bonfire crew member put it this way in 1981: “I can’t play football because I’m too small, but I can be out there busting my butt cutting wood while the team is practicing and help them win.”
