  1. Just understand the actual vs. stated capacity of every safe, regardless of maker.  If they say it's a 24 gun safe, it's really closer to 12, etc.
Mine is from Costco BTW.  Nothing fancy, but it is fire rated

    Lol this.

My 20gun could fit maybe 20 marlin 22lr with no optics…

Realistically I could fit 7-8 pistol/rifles with optics in the bottom 2 sections. The handguns aren’t an issue.

  2. Yeah I went from a gun locker keeping my young children out of it, to a 20 gun safe that is 30min 1400F fire rated.

It’s not the best but it’s the last line of defense after house alarm and security cameras. It’s wedged in a closet, against my wife’s wishes, so between the deterrents and the police it should do the job.

  3. Just started The Last Thing He Told Me…not bad, not great. E3 with some strong ATX/DKR/UT representation

the wife and I are watching this.

I did sit up and take serious notice during the UT talk. I chuckled at the corrections her attorney ex told her.

I also did the whole “akshully, the south end zone wouldn’t have looked like that back then!”
  4. Everything in that picture was out of our price range. I used my dad’s Stetson on nice occasions. But by junior or senior year, I upgraded to Acqua di Gio. Treated that stuff like gold. Bottle probably lasted 5-6 years

    Lol, no cologne in highschool…

In grade school, it was an old bottle of canoe and high karate i pilfered from my dad and uncle.

Eventually sharing a bottle of drakkar with a cousin…

Issey Miyake at UT which the Asian girls loved…

    Now I can’t stand cologne

  5. Are they having fun with the fact that her college series, Felicity, fell out of the ratings when she cut her hair?

Hard to believe she's 47 now. Thank goodness I'm the same age I always am.

Lol while watching the diplomat I looked up older pics and got confused asking my wife “didn’t she kill someone while drunk driving?” “Wasn’t she the noxzema girl?!?”

  6. A few notes:

    • I think the groundswell of the fans showing up to the practice is going to be important and the 4th bullet point. The 4th bullet point is going to be "community" or something like that and Ted planted the seed with his democratization of the team in the best line of the season, "It's their team, we are just borrowing it for a bit". Eventually the practices are going to be overrun with fans and it will be a festival like event and, though they won't have won on the field, they will have won the hearts of the locals and Mae's pub will be full of people despite the mediocrity, and Ted will have been the American White Savior teaching them this lesson before leaving back to America

Is this a Make Richmond Great Again or a Build Back Better story?

  7. Kerri Russel’s hair on The Diplomat is just god awful. Greasy with this terrible shape that looks like she is about to sing an acoustic set at Lilith Fair…..

That’s the point, except it was funny when you in one scene it’s a once a week washed look and then the next it’s been blown out. My wife was pointing that out to me everytime.

To which I will say it’s funny because I can point to a few former federal prosecutors that fit the same type of person. Wore the same 3-5 work suits, hair always like they didn’t give a shit, car was always like it needed a car wash even if they just came from a car wash…. But 2 of them would stand toe to toe with the worst drug traffickers while in La Picota, they went hard in trial prep and trial even when credible threat were made on us.

2 of them are now in DC steady moving up the chain.

    We are enjoying this show.
  8. Yep. It follows the typical Filoni formula. Rebels season formula was going up against the Grand Inquisitor, Vader, Maul/Thrawn, Thrawn.
Did anyone else feel like the ending set up almost as a series finale? It felt like we could end it that way if Pedro can't come back soon and they can just do the one or two off episodes like Book of Boba had if they need to catch us up on Din and Grogu before the Filoni crossover movie happens.

Yes I felt like that was a “just for in case” finale.

This allows Filoni to put this series to rest if he has to, create the “Rebel Din Duo mercenary action stories”, or just put them into his other spin-offs as mini-arcs like Filoni does all the time.
  9. So in total, Filoni basically took Dark Forces I & II along with Jedi Outcast and wrote out Kyle Katarn. Lol

He re-introduced dark troopers and teased the “dark Jedi” as clone Gideons.

My daughter and I commented to each other that Grogu pulled a Kanan-maneuver to save them.

Solid finale, Mando and Grogu are now a Din family.

    Bring me Ahsoka and Thrawn!

  10. Also
    Spoiler

I'm a bit disappointed we didn't at least get a hint of anybody showing up from the crew of the Ghost or Thrawn at the end. But I should have guessed, as that's not really Filoni's style so much.

Yeah that was Zeb earlier and Pellaeon in this last episode.

Everyone already got the Thrawn/Sabine/Hera tease on the Snips trailer.

The only one who hasn’t been shown now is Ezra and I kinda expect/hope Filoni keeps that close to the vest for a real shock intro.

I’m also expecting Kanan Jarrus(Freddie prince jr) to have a force ghost role when Ezra’s backstory is shown.

  11. Exactly. Even though it is “only” cartoon media, I think we have enough work to see how Filoni works. He doesn’t do big twists that no one saw coming because no hint was given previously in the show. For the most part he shows the journey for that character. Callus is was probably the biggest established role that had a turn, but he had a season (2?) building up that change with small steps. So no, the armorer isn’t going to be turned in to a spy out of nowhere for no reason.

Yeah usually the case, Filoni usually tells a story in his heel turns.

Agent Kallus was for sure a long turn to the rebellion.
  12. Enjoy riding around in the MAGA hat of cars.

I thought my truck with the big V8 was the maga hat of cars, no?

It was until Grimes broke Elon. Tesla was able to claim the crown when we went off the deep end.

Had a buddy and his wife always give me shit about driving my 6.4L V8 challengers with the standard set of jokes/ribbing/etc while they both drove Teslas with their home solar panels from Tesla. When Elon did his heel turn, I made sure they were the first to hear from me. “I always thought y’all were anti-vaxers! And that y’all were closet MAGA!”

    lol, ah how the turntables

  13. I think it may be the Armorer. Goes back to DeNiro in Heat when he was asked who gave them up to be ambushed. He responded with, "who wasn't there?".
The Armorer wasn't there. Probably knew something was up. My thought. We'll find out Wednesday.

Axe left the fight early too. Remember he escaped up the hole in the ceiling
  14. Spy talk in order of who I think it is…

    1. Axe Woves
    2. Pirate Mandalorians
    3. The Armorer

I guess it’s how you wanna see the air assault play out…

Will Axe Woves alert the mando fleet?
Will the Armorer do something to sabotage the fleet?
Will the “too weak Pirate Mando” do something once they are aboard the Light Crusier?

I still think the children of the watch and the armorer are so entrenched in their faith, she can’t be the spy… which is why I think it’s Axe or the Pirates.

  15. The chain hasn't wrapped around that T post yet?  Every time I set one of these up, the fuckers find a way to destroy it.

We had a 2” ring on ours as well. They didn’t have an issue with it.

I need to put ours back out this summer
  16. That's my preferred position as well, IF I'm not rocking the fanny pack

Yeah when I made the switch from 4oclock to appendix it took a lot of getting used to it. You having the barrel resting on my junk…. Lol

For a while I would still carry on the hip when we’d go hunting but now I’ve found it is a little in the way for most things I do now. So now even when hunting I have a holster attached to one of my chest rigs/Bino harnesses

  17. I have never handled a Sig, but am interested in the P365.
Just bought one of the P365’s competitors - this Ruger Max 9. It was a good deal at $299.99 plus shipping, tax, & ffl.
About $200 less than the Sig.

I carry a Springfield Hellcat OSP, the other competitor to the P365 except it comes with 11 and 13rd mags

Love it, carry it all the time. Have a veridian laser on it since the gun dealer was running a special with Veridian laser and Springfield was running the buy one and get 3 extra mags(mine was 1 13rd and 2 15rd mags) and a soft side carry case.

Much comfier than carrying my HK P2000 appendix everyday
