Are you talking about his height?

Choking and losing to your less-talented rival you boat raced a year ago in a season you are supposed to be winning the conference is not "stepping up," no matter what excuses you accept. OU has ruined our season repeatedly since Mack Brown stepped on campus, with very few exceptions.

Lord you are a petulant little child aren't you.  I neg this stupid bit of idiocy a d you go to the trouble of hunting down 2 posts by me to neg...bravo sir.

Quinn threw two picks in the 1Q and we never recovered from that.

This team could still win a national championship - I think they're that good - but we can absolutely upgrade at QB.

I think Arch is going to make a lot of you realize how limited we are with Quinn.

I'm just glad we have a functional passing QB for the 1st time since Colt.  It's a low standard....but the past 14 years have sucked.

You keep talking about culture and development and I really don’t see where you’re going with this.

He's saying Bleu is bought in to the culture and is giving it his all and at moment if Brooks leaves, has a legit shot at being the starter next year if Baxter doesn't become more decisive, and at the very least getting a lot more snaps next year.

  4. James Street had a quote about playing teams that applies to this team:

Street  "You could see it happen as the game went on.  1st quarter they'd be like these guys aren't so tough. 2nd quarter they were we've got this, 3rd quarter it would be these guys are tough, 4th quarter it was suddenly oh no here they come!"

Bean missed connecting on at least a few big passes when he had receivers open and also had a couple first down passes dropped. We’re very lucky they only have 7 right now. Here’s hoping we turn it on in the second half again.

Defense had something to do with that chief.

How did Alabama get so effed up at quarterback? Both Milroe and Simpson were highly ranked coming out of high school. Has Bama just gotten lazy in its recruiting, or is it the OC?

Emphasizing some RPO packages for Milroe seems like a no brainer. But they really haven''t done that, at least not in any consistent manner. And how do you explain Buchner? He was never anything special, but he at least looked kind of functional at Notre Dame. But last Saturday at USF? He was god awful. You'd have better luck with a trained seal taking the snap. A performance that dreadful has to come, at least in part, from coaching and/or playcalling.

Or does the offensive line just miss Flood that much?

Anyway, good luck to Milroe, I guess.

Fuck Tech. Im just pointing out that anything beyond "he didnt want to come here" when talking about that recruitment comes off as sour grapes.

Is this really this difficult?  The kid intentionally misled coaches on his interest in coming to UT, allegedly in concert with Tech coaches, for the sole purpose of making The University look bad when he choose Tech over Texas.

People have every right and reason to criticize the kid.

Easier to get into A&M than Texas.

That apparently isn't part of the metric.   Our ratings are largely identical except for salary impact vs other colleges where they kill us by like 26 points and diversity where we beat them by 13.

Taking the NCAA's side here? Ok....

Yes actually.  You want to transfer once?  Fine go ahead. But willy nilly transferring for no reason is stupid.  Also, if he is transferring back to UNC to be closer to family and get his mental health right, fine, keep him on scholarship, let him practice and workout, get adjusted to school, get his head straight.....and he can play football next year!  The kid isn't prevented from being on scholarship or on the team.  If mental health is truly your argument, then weather you are actively playing football or not is immaterial.

The SEC is a better academic conference on every level than the Big XII. For example, using the (admittedly deeply flawed) USNWR rankings, Texas goes from being the #1 college by almost 40 places over Baylor (yikes) to being the third highest ranked behind Vandy and Florida. The SEC t-shirt fans are admittedly frighteningly dumb.

Well I have been informed today by my Aggie friend that they are #38 in WSJ and we are like 118...
