I'd never drive the 5.0 after owning the 3.5 ecoboost, only thing that compares is the GM 6.2.  That should piss some people off.

I'm completely opposite.  I had a 2012 3.5 ecoboost, and that soured me on the eco.  I now own a 2017 5.0, with no intentions of going back to ecoboost.  I will go diesel before I go back to ecoboost.  faster yes, but I don't drive very fast in a truck, gas mileage is negligible, turbos make the engine sound worse, there is more shit to break

I got prime, top shelf and cubans.

I see your prime, top shelf, and raise you aged cubans I bought off of Macanudo himself.  Did he make the jump to Surly?

Haha, nope no private.  Not so sure about the pity party though.  I've been fortunate enough to attend every year except two since 1997 and have invited 70-80 guests to attend as well.  I'll have seven this year, It will be the first trip for four of the seven.  Every night we'll be sitting in the back yard enjoying Raes creek as it flows by while  burning steaks, sipping whiskey, and smoking cigars.  All about a mile and a half from the back gate.

I am currently accepting invitations for the 2019 Masters.  I can supply the steaks, booze and smokes

  4. A few summers ago, I got in a groove where every round was around 76.   One day I shot an even 72 at my home course Gentle Creek. Since then, I think I've only been in the 70's a couple times.  I've been 2 under once on 9 holes, never under par on a full round

  5. That's a shit load of mulch. I'd be shocked if you can get a deal on anything though. This is prime time for them, and every place I've talked to is booked for deliveries at least a week in advance.

Friday found a pallet of 75 bags of the no-float stuff for $2.32 a bag. I’ve spread about half the load so far, but the drive home was comical but short enough

  6. I've been thinking about doing this for a few years, and finally, it is all coming together for what seems like it is going to be an awesome tournament.  Getting snipped on Friday morning, should be home by 10 am, and have informed the wife I will be in the media room recovering all weekend.  I do have some kid's baseball & soccer games on Saturday, but they are from 10-12, so that should work out perfectly.  I've probably just jinxed myself and someone is going to run away with it

  7. FIL is a very nice guy, had a successful career, raised my wife who is great, but somehow managed to do all of this despite being a blubbering sooner idiot.  He drives an F250 he has no business driving but "needs" it to tow his Polaris mule he tows three times a year, and his 21' boat he hasn't moved from the marina in 6 years.   He has hit concrete posts at the bank or a drive-thru on multiple occasions, can't back it into a parking spot, and I have yet to see him park when he wasn't over the line.  This weekend, he came over to our house for the kid's soccer and baseball games, as well as Easter, and parked in the circle drive in front of my house.  After he left yesterday, I went outside to spend a few hours spreading new mulch before it got dark, and that ass hat drove over my flower beds, and about a half dozen new flowers I had planted a week ago.  I've asked him to park on the street from now on, but I doubt he will
