I don't know the rosters for Texas or Oklahoma, but he would either start or provide amazing depth. He's not bad, I just don't know why Clemson put him in the nickel. He has a kid and deserves his payday.

Regarding the 2nd year "slump", didn't he play through quite a bit of injury last year?

Who would have thought the 2022 Alamo Bowl was a preview of a CFP semifinal the following year? Washington won that night in San Antonio and hasn't lost since, a remarkable streak of 20 consecutive games under second-year coach Kalen DeBoer. Both teams had some tense moments in late October and early November, but pushed through to capture league titles. The matchup favors Washington, a pass-centric team that can attack an iffy Texas secondary with Rome Odunze and arguably the nation's best receiving corps, plus a quarterback in Michael Penix Jr. who should be even healthier for the game.

Texas' defensive line is capable of controlling the game, but Washington doesn't put a huge emphasis on between-the-tackles rushing. It's hard to go against Penix Jr. and DeBoer, who simply don't lose big games (9-0 against AP Top 25 opponents at Washington).

    Prediction: Washington 37, Texas 33

Yes, in a huge surprise, espn is predicting a Bama national championship.

So he'd stay to play for a guy that was just fired by a horrible Florida?

You are giving Nolen too much credit. Players like Nolen don't believe they need coaching to get tonthe nfl.

His thought process, like many top mercenary recruits, is to gain more money and ensure they can do whatever they want without repercussions.

  4. Agree, which makes the obvious misdirection by the far right all the more dangerous. A little slight of hand parlor trick, by the true pedophiles, to place all the attention on a non-issue. Meanwhile, they spread their destruction right under everyone's noses as they continually violate their positions of trust.

Wondering that as well. Gerry said he thought that was the rule, but I haven't seen anything definitive.

Texas can appeal the ruling since we are headed to a bowl game. They likely filed it today, since it must be filed within 24 hours.

The last time I traveled on a bus with friends to New Orleans I needed up sleeping up in the upper luggage racks above the seats with a massive hangover.

I slept on the ground, in a random warehouse parking lot. No idea what transpired or how I lived. Walked around half the day to find the group. The color from the beads bled onto my skin. Had to travel home with a rainbow of colors on my neck.

This is where I was last night. Slept on it and now I don’t see how you can keep FSU out… I don’t envy the committee members this morning but I’m enjoying the fuck out of this debate.

it’s so fucking great to be a Longhorn fan right now

The argument to keep fsu out is literally written into their foundational principles..
