  1. You said "a coast to coast conference with continuous borders." That does not happen without some combo of Colorado/ Utah/ Arizona/ ASU/ etc. And that is the entirety of what I called bullshit on. The B1G will not take programs that don't bring in the money just to fill out a map. So if you're now going back on that statement, then we have no disagreement.
  2. Rutgers and Maryland weren't fillers via the revenue model when they were added. Notre Dame does not give a rat's ass about playing in Arizona (which is required to create a coast to coast conference with continuous borders, unless you believe Boise State or UNLV is going to get the mod...). And the B1G is not going to add UA or ASU just to create a pretty "continuous" map.
  3. They will not add "fillers" that don't bring in just as much new money for the sake of making a map look pretty.
  4. This is by far your best helmet option, forever and always.
  5. To clarify, I think the OSU should be their only helmet logo. But I'm just not a fan of alternate logos in general; think with as many uni combos as there are, the brand logo should stay constant. Out of curiosity, do any of y'all pine for an occasional return of the whirly bird logo? I think y'all's redesign several years back was spot on (though I hate your all black and white uni).
  6. Very solid. Make the helmet logo your traditional OSU and these would be perfect.
  7. This was immediately useful information
  8. She does indeed
  9. I don't think many would, but what Big XII fans want doesn't matter to the process. And also, it is Swaim - just internet chatter fodder, likely nothing more. If I went full conspiracy mode you could imagine that CU and Arizona are schools the Big XII thinks they can get, and mentioning UNLV or SDSU is just a way of making ASU and/ or Utah jump.
  10. Who knew a little Swaim tweet would get some of y'all so rustled
  11. Interesante
  12. All awesome, but I actually like the first best. The straight lines of color and the pattern made by the perfectly spaced planes is badass.
  13. He left a lot of if/ wiggle room type statements. Your reply seemed to indicate you hadn't looked at all into what CU was doing on the "bringing in" front and only looked at who was entering the portal. Hence my interpretation you hadn't really looked into what you were talking about. Which is fine for a school you don't follow.
  14. I understand all the math. I was simply addressing last poster's uninformed "not bringing in anyone/ bringing in less talented" objection. Deion is doing an overhaul that may work out fine or may crash and burn. We'll see.
  15. Ya these are badass
  16. I'm in Montana, and do most of my wildlife photography in Yellowstone and Glacier national parks. I'm a college professor, and the photography started as just a passionate hobby, but now it's a ide business as well (montanawildphoto.com).
  17. Right over the house last night
  18. Son, just stop. Most on here probably know where the term originated, but that less-than-sinister origin doesn't negate the fact that it became a well-known and oft-used pejorative as far back as the 19th century. You said some stupid shit, just own up to it and move on.
  19. Uhhh, pretty sure "elk" is the plural of elk (as in a herd of elk) and "elks" would refer to something along the lines of "multiple types of elk."
