With lodge, on the website, it says to send them a letter, which is what I did. When I hasn't heard from them, I followed up with an email. I think they put the two together and got it handled. I'd mailed them a copy of my receipt. When I was emailing with them, they never asked for it.
Cuisinart has some enamel-coated steel stuff in addition to some nice enamel-coated cast iron. My experience with my higher end Cuisinart cookware (and their warranty service) has been very good.
Hold up there chief. You kept a receipt for a dutch oven for 8 years?

No, but there is a upgrade that you can pay for to unlock a longer range. It's already on the car, but only accessible via an extra fee.
The upgrade is for increased horsepower not range.

I had stopped going to Whataburger because of the shitty quality lately. Went earlier today. Ordered on app while at Petco. Food was ready in 3 minutes. Since so much attention is being paid to this place, it appears they are actually trying to make edible food again - it was probably the single best Whataburger meal I've ever had.
And yeah that's right in the middle of Westlake. Not sure how a reporter would get such a simple fact wrong.

Drove by earlier and the Whataburger is finally open.
Well that didn't last long. Yesterday I saw a few people driving from the drive thru with food and saw the location on the app available for orders. Today its closed.

Yes, the NY is legit. I like it better than Home Slice, which in my experience can be a bit bland. You can get it by the slice to test it out. It's the closest I've had in Texas to Joe's on Carmine in NYC, which is the slice joint to compare all others to.

Indeed I have. Both are great. The only thing they make that I haven't tried is the vegan and gluten free pizza.

Also, Baldinucci might have the best pizza in town.

Haven’t posted here in a while, but based on many visits Street to Kitchen might be the best restaurant in the city.
Lao’d District in Chinatown is also a great Thai-Lao place.- 2

Does Austin have an equivalent of HAR.com, which is basically a public version of Houston’s MLS database? If not, which appears to be the case, what are the best sites to look for properties?

Not Park City specifically, but that state gives me the creeps

Yeah they had to change the name Bellagreen after he caught a charge on serving illegal seafood. Seems like he largely skated.
Their food is very good and reasonably priced. The owner is a scumbag, but I’ll keep eating there. It’s the one of the few options in City Centre that doesn’t shake you down for a sit down dinner.
I’m pretty sure Molzan’s wife got the Bellagreen restaurants in their divorce. -
I have a PKGO and it’s an awesome little cooker - sears like a beast. If you don’t need to use the lid, it doubles as a second grill. Way better than Weber kettle.

What is the Snow’s situation these days as far as how early you need to show up to not strike out?

Bunch of honkys in this mother.
2:1 water to rice. Liberal amount of Knorr Caldo de tomate stirred into the water and dissolved thoroughly. Mince half a clove of garlic. Brown the rice with just enough canola oil to get the job done and not a drop more while also adding minced garlic. Half an onion sliced into 3rds. One Roma tomato quartered. Two jalapeños sliced longways. Add vegetables in as rice begins to brown. When thoroughly browned, add tomate and water concoction. Bring to a boil, reduce to low roll and then cover for 20 minutes.
Half a garlic clove is almost like no garlic at all. -
Lots to unpack here. I’d say No to energy ogre, they can’t help you right now, and they’re on shaky ground thanks to the elevated prices everywhere…lots of people leaving in droves through no fault of energy ogre. Also some electricity companies don’t like or refuse to work with them, so more limited options.
I don’t know another site that will let you import to time of use in that manner.
The lowest cancellation fee strategy is what I was recommending to folks for months. If you can find the constellation 3 year with the 99 dollar cancellation fee I’d grab that.
Rates are a bit lower than most summer, but they’re not good. That being said, there are differing opinions but I’m not sure the days of 10 cent energy are ever coming back, and if they do I’m also not sure it will be in the medium term. Too much uncertainty right now.
I’d try to wait a few days and see if any of the REPs lower rates tomorrow or a couple days into Sept. there’s a solid chance we’ll see more REPs lower their rates. I’d you send me a DM tomorrow I’ll poke around and see if anything jumps out on the market, since you need a time of use for the Tesla charging.
Thanks. The best time of use I’m seeing is a renewal offer from Reliant (who bought out my original provider Infuse). 36 months with a $350 early termination fee. $0.24 before the delivery fee during the day. -

Would like to get the electricity wizards input ( ie @sydneycarton ) on this situation.
I have a time of use plan that is expiring this week. It was $0.16 during the day and free from 8 pm to 6 am. I drive a Tesla so I would use 55-70% of my electricity at night (depending on how much I drive/charge and use big appliances at night) and the effective rate would usually be $0.09 to $0.11.
The lowest time of use I can find now looks like $0.24 during the day, which still comes out a little ahead of the current $0.17 plans that Texas Power Guide recommends (which doesn’t take time of use into account).
Texas Power Guide appears to have disabled their time of use tool where you could import your meter data to see plans. Is there another site that does that?
Should I just find a decently priced regular plan with the shortest term and lowest termination fee?
Is this a job for Energy Ogre? -
