Speaking of cheap shit. At Oak Cliff social club a few gals during a snowstorm in Dallas I bet bartender 20 bucks to drink the run off where they pour drinks as a joke and she poured it in a glass and did it. Disgusting
If she'd do that for $20, we're all dying to know what she was willing to do when you offered her $50. Don't hold out on us, motherfucker.

So we're removing SENATORS from opposing parties because...why? They ask questions?
Any place in vegas doing prop bets on whether the insurrection act gets invoked this weekend?

Here's how I know the one guy talking about donors is full of shit, or fucking dumb as a sack of hammers. Most likely both. Due to the fact I have seats in the SEZ, which I fucking SPLIT with another poster here, I am ranked in the...lets see here...low 1,000's of the almost 53,000 alums that have loyalty points at the University of Texas. Now, never mind that my overall total contribution probably isn't even a speck of shit on an elephant's ass for the guys that are 500 or above.
But I bet in that rube's eyes, that would qualify me as a Big Donor. And you know who's never had any kind of "personalized" reach out from the AD about giving to Texas One Fund, or anything else? Me. No one's ever reached out to me "personally" to solicit shit from me.
That fucking idiot thinks that someone who got a generic email from the AD or One Fund is being "reached out to personally"-

“Along the vein”
That's just some Freudian slippage, if I've ever seen it. Someone loves running their tongue along a big ass vein. NTTIAWRT...unless you're an aggie, of course, where homophobia manages to go hand in hand with the obscene number of gloryholes.

This was my immediate reaction as well. "Produced pretty well in the trenches." Well, ok, show us on the mock draft board all the OL you've done "pretty dang well with." The D Line success in the draft was pretty much the last gasp of Fisher's big bag year, and last year's DL draft pick was all testing numbers and shit ass actual production.

Not sure whether the guy jumping is true or not...but aren't those doors basically made impossible to open once they're locked down? Or is that a once a certain level of pressure is reached? I have no idea about any of that shit, but I find it odd on a full flight if that dude DID get the door open, fighting through I assume the flight attendants, I'd have to assume there would have been a lot of people following his ass out of the plane.

I mean, the best part is he's cancelling to visit Texas and I doubt he has a committable offer to Texas. If we end up signing Paris Melvin I'm going to be irritated.

I’ve been suffering some hip pain for a while now, assumed it was strength and/or flexibility and frankly it probably is but damn it hurt so bad last night I had to drop out of a tennis clinic and I HATE dropping out. Anyway, so demoralizing and I started thinking shots and my tennis “career” is over - and keep in mind it’s the foundation of how I and why I work out at all - worrying about hip replacement and all the things. Did some things last night for the pain, researched some supps but in the end I broke out the foam roller and damn I saw fucking stars working out the tension in my outer hip and butt, and it was instant relief. I’ve done it 5 more times in the last 24 hours. I’ve been suffering for months I think I found a possible solution! I’m so excited. Less than 24 hours after I stepped off the court I was fully engaged in a HIIT workout and going all out including some work that def got to my hips. 98% fine. So awesome. Foam rollers. Believe.
Foam Rollers are great, but you should consider adding in some lacrosse ball work as well. It's much more pinpoint, but the fact it's such harder than a foam roller it really breaks shit down.

Everyone is assuming it’s EJ Holland because we all know he’s probably offered to suck a recruit’s dick for their shoes.

It really wasn’t…it was more of “did they clean the room because someone smoked in a non-smoking room” moisture to the carpet, or maybe someone had thrown up the night before and the carpet needed cleaning. Whatever it was, it wasn’t the entire room, maybe a third of it.
Aside from that, however, the biggest disappointment to the room was the fried food smell permeating the room. Out on the balcony-walkway, it smelled like an Allsup’s. Higher up in the pyramid, it probably was not noticeable. We took the wrong inclinator after dinner and was on the opposite side of the pyramid, and there was no smell. One other thing on our walk around half of the pyramid on the walkway; there were a number of rooms with the door open and people loitering out around the rooms. It felt more like an apartment complex than a strip resort. We didn’t feel threatened or uncomfortable, but it was just….odd…to have maybe half a dozen rooms with doors open and the inhabitants spilling out onto the walkway, drinking beer and shooting the shit.
Oh, and my wife reminded me of the giant bag of trash outside our room on the walkway when we arrived (and still there the next morning when we checked out).
Oh, only 1/3 of the carpet. That’s a lot of vomit. Or a crime scene cleaner. Either or.

Lets see here...
1) Deranged, message board equivalent of verbal incontinence who is obsessed with Texas A&M. Hopefully is dead.
2) Idiotic Troll and serial liar who's wrist should be surgically attached to the inside of his rectum.
3) Almost certainly autistic, likely institutionalized, 100% mentally ill fucking idiot who certainly must be a contemptible, vile version of Milton from Office Space. Also obsessed with Texas A&M.
4)Living embodiment of the "Dumbest Motherfucker Alive" gif by Robert Downey Jr from Tropic Thunder, this weapon's grade imbecile does a fuck ton of drugs, has an IQ under 70, and despite literally dozens of patient explanations, still can't figure out the multi-quote function. Will SPAM every thread on the 995 board in the middle of the night and ruin everyone's fucking morning.

There is a formula for this phenomenon.
idealWomanAge = (yourAge / 2) + 7
This came about on one of my guy-trips a few years back and seems pretty accurate.
If 10, you're looking at 12's
If 18, you're looking at 17's
If 30, you're looking at 22's
I'm 62, so I should be looking at 38's. But I'm married. And afraid of waking up on fire.
HOLY SHIT YOU AND YOUR BUDDIES INVENTED THE HALF YOUR AGE +7 FORMULA?!?! YOU'RE FAMOUS.

My wife and I honeymooned years ago in Vegas and stayed at Luxor. We didn’t really know any better at the time.
Fast forward to last summer. It was our anniversary; we are staying at Encore (we’ve upgraded resorts for our Vegas trips) and a few weeks prior to the trip, on a whim, I ask her if she wants to spend one night at Luxor on the actual anniversary. She agrees, and I book the same type of room we had years earlier (corner king suite). $93 or something like that (before resort fees) for a mid-week strip suite is cheap. It had been years since we had even stepped foot in Luxor, so this was going to be a field trip of sorts.
It was surreal packing an overnight bag, leaving Encore in a taxi, and going to Luxor. We didn’t have to check in; just used the app and our room was ready. We didn’t interact with a single employee at Luxor aside from the people at a bar we posted up in for a few hours.
We slept fine. The room was…..ok, other than the smell of fried foods wafting up from the food court below (we were 8th floor, west facing side of the pyramid). There was a splash of what appeared to be red fingernail polish all over the bathroom counter. 2 towels, but no wash clothes or hand towels in the room. The carpet felt moist underfoot. But seriously, the rest of the property was just so, so, so disappointing. Deferred maintenance is one thing, but deferring it for a decade or two is something completely different.
We laughed upon arrival, we laughed in the room, and we laughed the next morning when we checked out (amazing to me how long the lines were on check in and check out, when you can use a damn app and just be on your way). Oh, and as we were leaving, there was hundreds of people waiting by an exit, wearing trash bags. We figured it was for some convention, but no. It was for that damned Mr. Beast fiasco in Vegas last summer
And here’s a recent article on a stay at Luxor
https://www.sfgate.com/travel/article/luxor-vegas-strip-hotel-stay-20211924.php
My first trip to Vegas, we stayed at the Luxor. I grew up watching all of those cool commercials about it right when it first launched on the strip. For a first trip to Vegas, it was fine, although obviously not the highest end. But it was cool, never seen anything like it. Of course, this was 2003 or 2004.
I also read that article in SF Gate several months back. It's a hell of a read for anyone who stayed has there. But I'll cite your post as illustrative; when the fact that your hotel room carpet being fucking MOIST when you checked in isn't the most disappointing part of your stay...whelp. -

I am actually fine with this.
The big question is, does he/the restaurant own the building? If it's a long term lease, what's the story there? If not, are you trying to buy a piece of property in downtown Austin? You're probably talking millions of dollars.
The second thing would be rules around a bunch of these twatwaffles who three down tree fiddy coming in every day saying "I'm an owner my shit is free."-

what? 20.5M is cap from revshare.
I dunno, I'm just trying to math into their 55 million number. And this paragraph:
As part of the NCAA House settlement finalized this past Friday, Texas Tech is now permitted to share up to $20.5 million of its departmental-generated revenue directly with student-athletes beginning in the 2025–26 academic year. To support this transformational change, the Red Raider Club will be responsible for generating $14 million annually to help fund Texas Tech Athletics' new revenue-sharing model. This funding will also support student-athlete scholarships, academic resources, professional development, leadership programming, nutritional offerings and more. The remaining portion of the revenue-sharing commitment will be supported by University investment and additional athletics-generated revenue streams. -

Yeah, it's not back. Looch is just going to throw around "texags 5 star" to inflate the value of the guys he thinks A&M can land. If you squint, it's also a way Liucci subtly ups his own credibility as an "evaluator," as well as a way to spit shine their class to really be more talented than that BOMC allows. Which hits on their grievance, which helps perpetuate their cycle of insecurity, etc. It's magical. They really are a perpetual motion machine of tiny-dicked insecurity.
