  1. Went to the new brick and mortar Leroy and Lewis location.  Burger, pulled lamb, sliced brisket and horseradish potato salad were all great.  The pork hash gravy and rice was surprisingly lacking flavor.

The USA market has always been about the story anyway, but especially now when everyone knows it's fake as shit and they acknowledge the fakeness on the product the story is everything. Just like a movie or play. Yet Tony Khan wants to have shit stories, extremely fake looking wrestling, but try to pretend it's real fighting doing stuff like tournaments. It's like he's putting on a master class in how to fail as a wrestling promoter.

Tony’s project has failed.    Now his expansions of wrestlers experience no.  But as a whole no

  3. I think the storytelling right now might be the best in over 20 years easy.  I watched the start of raw for the first time tonight in a while, the crowd is like attitude era.  But they don’t know who to cheer or boo, At points it’s cheer Rock and Roman at points it’s boo at points it’s Cody.  No one knows what’s going to actually happen at Wrestlemania with so many subtle clues before about who turns on who and who might appear. (Cena-Stone Cold on the 18 wheeler behind where the Rock beat Cody), Rock whispering to Cody to start the show.   I mean I read about most of this stuff instead of see it but the story sounds perfect as I could imagine in today’s wrestling.  Doing the hidden clues is awesome to me but no one knows still.  Does Rock turn on Roman, Seth on Cody, USO brothers issues, Sami?  Truly a masterclass by HHH and Roadog according to online.

One last failure we need to purge ourselves of is Michael Taaffe. He's unathletic, gets burned constantly, misses INT'S, catches what amounts to balls landing in his hands. If Mukuba can't unseat that dude, we're in trouble.

Mukuba is a projected day 1 or 2 pick, Taaffe has no draft profile. Taaffe should make a good special teams player this year…

  5. I was really expecting David to be really terrible by reading the comments but he was not even close being in the top ten of dickheads to ever be on the show.  I mean he wasn’t great but y'all must have just hated the cowboy hipster look.

  6. So the kickoff rule the NFL is implementing this year that they took from the XFL this league isn’t even using?

wat?  Gators have played  at least Aggie 4 times.    I think gawga has dodged them.  SEC scheduling shenanigans... you will see

There’s been nothing consistent about their scheduling at all is my point.  It’s like the non division games were decided by rolling dice every year and for the next two years they are like let’s just do the same thing back to back.  Everyone is talking expansion, pods, ect, they have no freaking clue what to do already. I don’t understand how they haven’t figured out anything actually consistent for years.

So if the B1G takes UNC & Virg. And the SEC takes FSU & Clemson. Then the Big12 cherry picks the ACC. So here's a first look at the final three conferences.

This is dumb as hell.  How about the SEC figures out how to schedule the teams they have before we make super conferences?  The idiots in charge of the conference had A&M play Georgia and Florida what once the whole time they have been there?  I have little faith they will actually figure out a new regular rotating schedule with the teams they have anytime soon.

The bridge in Corpus has always freaked me out. I used to like going over it as a kid but somewhere along the way, not so much.

I think the new Corpus bridge that has gone thru three different companies being in charge and a shutdown in construction because of a design flaw will freak me out more than the old one..

This one in Astoria always concerns me a bit. Not to mention all the bridges in Portland knowing they will pretty much all collapse when the great Cascadia Megaquake happens

That looks like a bridge you might try to build on that old bridge building game that would collapse as soon as you ran the test.

  11. The only surprise here is how weak of a chin Vince has….  He was definitely pushing a whole group of guys before the hit.  Also like others said, if you’re over 30 you probably should never be in a bar called shot something especially if you’re Vince Young..

Unpopular opinion, but I think RT did a great job of coaching up our mediocre squad for the tourney.

everyone seems to forget how many years we went without a single tournament win…

Remind me again what the team was ranked based on talent coming into the season and where they ended up?   I don’t think that’s coaching up….  Luckily we only have one more season of it most likely with a less talented team next year.

The 90’s NBA called and wants their offense back…..Jesus Christ

90’s nba offense without the touch fouls would rule today, colllege teams especially would be smart to go back to that instead of following the nba just shoot three pointers and drive the lane to get fouled.   That’s what made it different.   Over  half the 90’s shots in the nba would be fouls today.  Lebron just got tapped on the back of the head and acted like he had a concussion….
